I received a call from this number today as well. This guy is extremely rude. I have cal the FTC and filed a complaint. I Googled the number to find out what company he is with and seen that there are all the complaints about this guy. This is crazy. He has been calling our office for three weeks. Cant they just shut down this guys number he is using?

Got a call from 212-508-6341. Asked for my boss by first name, when I said he is not in and before I could get out can I take a message he hung up on me. How rude. This guy has called here several times in the past 2 weeks.

I have received the same call today. In regards to the Zesiger Capital company (whos number this belongs to) this is what they have on their web site at zesigercapital.com  "PLEASE NOTE: An unknown party has been making unauthorized and illegal calls with one of our telephone numbers 212-508-6341 [called "Spoofing"]. We apologize to those who have received these calls. We have reported the problem to all appropriate authorities. Please report any such calls to the FTC at 877-382-4357. The more reports the FTC receives, the more the Commission will go after the miscreants."

Received a call from Tucker asking for my boss by name. It sounded like a sales call already so I told him that my boss was not picking up. He asked, "well where is he then?" When I asked who he was and what this was in regards to he said something rude and laughed. I told him not to call back here and hung up. I tried to call the number back, but it was busy.

Man just called (caller ID 212-508-6341 New York, N.Y.)) and asked to speak to Arch (owner) and I replied "He is not in could I please take a message?" He then hung up.  I heard a large group of people chattering in the background like telemarketing.  How rude!!

Just received the same message, Asking for the owner by name, when I told him he was unavailable and I would take a message , this scum bag hung up the phone... One would think that this idiot has better things to do with his time that call and be extremely rude to people... What a piece of Sh..T

Same as everyone else.  Submitted a claim against him.  Our number is on the do not call registry.

Jerk with phone # 212-508-6341 calls himself JOSH (this time) calls and asks for someone and if you ask whom he is with then he hangs up.

The company I work for got a call this morning from the number listed above. The guy said his name was Robert with Tucker's and he had an appointment to speak with my boss. I told him my boss was with a customer at the moment and was unavailable. He started to get an attitude and was extremely adamant about speaking with my boss. He said "put me on hold and let him know I'm on the line I'm sure he'd like to speak with me". So, I put him on hold and asked my boss if he knew him. Of course he said no. I picked up the line and informed "Robert" that my boss was unaware of his existence and if it was that important then he could go to his voicemail. In return I got more attitude. I got fed up and decided to put him through to his voicemail anyway. He said "F**K you" and hung up. 

This dude is a JOKE. Don't fall for his crap. He needs to bring his Yankee a** to Alabama and learn how a southern woman should be spoken to.

This Idiot called our business and verbally abused our receptionist. He was nasty and vulgar. Some one needs to stop this guy or beat the crap out of him!

Called and ask for the owner of our company I asked who was calling he said Justin from Tucker and Allen. When I came back on line to tell him the owner was not in his office he hung up on me mid-sentence. Well Justin from Tucker and Allen at 212-508-6341 - you will get the same hang up treatment next time I see your number come across the Caller ID!

This guy called and demanded to talk to the owner of the company I work for. (Used first name only.) I told him that he was not available and he cussed me up and down. Even calling my boss a broad M******F***** and to not hide behind his desk all day and called me a little B****. I reported the call to the FTC. Hope they catch this dirtbag!!

This idiot called back again, asked for CEO by name, I told him he was in a meeting (lie...CEO isn't in today) and he told me that HE was supposed to be in that meeting and was running late - needed to talk to CEO to let him know.

I laughed out loud again and put him on hold.

This same guy has been calling here asking for my boss. Then just hangs up when I tell him he is not here. He is rude and kinda creepy.

I have an air horn I picked up at the dollar store. Very very very effective.

Put him on hold, checked out his number and hung up on him. Hate these douches. Only pass them through when my boss pisses me off. And he knows it..lol

Says he is from Tucker.

Told me the same thing, "We're with a group of private investigators and were comming to get you are you ready?"  I just hung up. Probably looking for bad debt to collect on, not a verry effective way to open a sales call.

Have been getting calls from this number 212-508-6341 for the last week now, several times a day. He always asks for the owner and is very rude when he can't talk to him. I offered to assist him and he started talking trash. He's very condesending and talks a mile a minute. Now I just assure him the owner would love to speak to him and put him on perpetual hold.

I just got the phone call with my first name and he said" I am private investigator and trying to pick you am; are you ready?" and hung up the phone called,and line was busy and can't call him back. It sound likes abuse call.

I received a call from the same number, asked to talk to the owner, I asked his name, he said it was delicious, sponkie delicious, I've track the number and it was someone in Zesiger Capital and yes, they are an investment company. It's amaizing how people waste their time.

Brian at Tucker.  Asked for CEO by name, I said he was in a meeting, he told me to let the CEO know Brian was on the phone and he would take the call.  I laughed out loud and put him on hold until he hung up.  What an idiot.

This person identified himself as Darren Schneider and asked for my boss by his first name.  He was very abrupt and rude.  I tried calling the number back and got the busy signal.  The intimidating style doesn't work with me - but in a perfect world there would be a red button on our phones, that when pressed would give the caller a shock.  But that's me.......... :)

I just got a call from this guy also, he hung up on me, i have called the FTC and filed a formal complaint, i suggest that you all do also ! their # is 877-382-4357, maybe they can put a tap on that phone line or that # or something and catch this jerk...

I can report more of the same as described above.  When I first got a cell phone, I wondered why in the world I would need a "disable" folder, since only people who I have a business relationship with have my number.  Now it is the most valued feature on this phone, for people like this.  I also renamed the folder - "LOW LIFES!"

Just had the same call as the rest of you. He wanted my boss, said his truck was in the parking lot. I said it was impossible since he doesn't have a truck and he is 30 miles away right now. He said get him on the phone now. I said "excuse me" and he said "did I studder?"  He said his name was Robert with Tuckers and demanded I get my boss and then hung up. RUDE and obnoxious! This guy needs to be stopped from harassing unsuspecting people.

I received the same call from a Jason Hall from TA Tucker asking for my boss by name.  I told him he wasn't here and he just hung up on me.  Thankfully he wasn't as rude as he was to some of you others, but GEEZZ!!

This guy called said his alarm system was going off and needed to speak with owner (called him by name) wanting his cell said it was urgent the the owner would know him (said his name was Tucker).  When we would not pass on that info. he hung up on us.  Has called here numerous times.  It is harrasment.
