International Institute of Learning - marketing / sales call
| Col 2012-11-29 21:08:18 Unknown |
Received a call from this number. The first time they did not leave a voicemail and I assumed it was spam however the second time (a day later) they left a VM and it was the International Institute for Learning. As another poster had said, I had recently taken a Six Sigma course from them and it was a legitimate follow up call for another course in the series.

Received a call from this number. It was legitimate and from International Institute for Learning. I've taken online classes for Project Management and Business Process Management for this place and it was just a follow-up.

It was Olga from the International Institute of Learning left a voicemail wanting to talk about training opportunities for the next year. I can't think of any reason I should get a call from these guys.

It was International Institute of Learning (IIL). I signed up for a membership for free podcast PDUs. And that was my Account Rep calling with new opportunities for me to buy.

Got a caller claiming to be a rep for a Hilton Hotels, trying to interest me in signing up for promotional free stays in Las Vegas or Miami. Earnestly apologized for hitting my cellphone. I chatted him up a bit about his offer, deflecting personal questions until he got around to saying he'd need my credit card and Social Security numbers to reserve my rooms. That's when I said "Bugger off, identity thief." and hung up.
When I tried to call the number back, I got the pre-recorded message that the number was disconnected or no longer in service.
