212-555-5241 calls my cell phone 5 and 6 times a day. I don't know why they are calling me, I have tried to call them and ask them to quit calling my number but the call doesn't go through. I want to stop call me!!!!!!!

Received a call from this number and a woman with a slight foreign accent asked for me by my former name (former by a decade). When I said no one by that name resides here she corrected herself and called me by my current name. She asked if I use a cane or walker and then asked if I use a power chair.

Something in the way she spoke -- she didn't seem trained or professional like your average telemarketer -- made me suspicious. I asked who she was and who she was with. She mumbled something Medical Services and tried to continue asking questions. I told her I could not discuss these matters with her and ended the call.

Seeing what others have posted here, I am aware that I have been receiving many hang-up/no message left calls the last several weeks. I called the DNC number and filed a complaint.

These calls didn't start until I ordered insulin from Express Scripts for the first time. I always bought locally until then. Express Scripts plug your leak!!!!

Same thing here as other posts from 212-555-5241.  ID says DIR ASST NY.  If these jerks are able to code the caller ID numbers like they do, why is it that ATT is not able to trace these calls and put a stop to it - isn't that like identity theft?????

They bother me everyday.  Do I use a walker or a cane.  I tell them I do not want to answer their questions...then they call me again..everyday, same woman, like maybe Asian accent.

Today they call my younger son and ask him if he uses a walker. First he coudn't understand what the woman ask for but now reading the post I think she ask him if he uses a walker. I did not like this call, because they can get teenagers in trouble. When I call them back they redirect my call to at&t. They better don't charge me for.

I have had several calls from this number. I answered it today and they asked for my wife's name . I said she was not here and could i ask who's calling?  They mumbled something and hung up. They had a foreign accent, When i called them back it was directory assistance.

When I answer the phone, nobody answers back.  I am on the do not call registry.  I am not even on Medicare as some others have posted.  The caller ID just had this phone number with no name given.

And.. When I asked who was calling, they said they were American Medical Services in Delaware. When I asked for a phone number and a street and city address they said they were not allowed to give out the information. I asked why and they hung up on me. Their original questions were "How are you? Are you or anyone in your home on disability? Does anyone there use a walker? Do you have Diabetes? I answered no to all and they thanked me. Then I asked who and where they were and they hung up on me. I called back and got directory assistance and was charged. Called AT&T and told them I was on the do-not-call registry and they said they could not help me. I called the Federal Trade Commission and said I wanted to file a complaint. They said I am not on the DNC registry but that now I am. I think next time I'll give the caller all the info they want and then when engaged in business wih them, set a trap to have them arrested for fraud and then I can sue all parties involved. I think it is disgusting for huge companies like AT&T that we pay dearly for service to allow this practice to continue and I think it is much more irresponsible of our own government to allow this practice of fraud, disinformation and coersion to exist. We have the technology to stop this. Why don't we start using it? I'll tell you why... There is dishonest money to be made, that's why!

And.. If I call this number back it is a Directory Assistance call for which AT&T charges me $2 dollars.

Keep getting calls from this number; called indicated they were with American Medical Services.  Did not participate in their plan of information seeking.  Why can't something be done with these annoying.  One would think after receiving all these complaints someone would investigate and eliminate.

I amswer in a very feeble voice: "Hello? Can you get me out of here? I'll let you live in my house if you get me away from them. The nurses won't let me answer this phone. I'll get in trouble if they find me talking to you. . Help me!"

I had a phone call from 212 555 5241. The caller nevers leaves a message.

Same thing they call me everyday and just hang up right away.  I used to get calls threating me that my life was in danger if I didn't send them a check immediatley until I told him I knew who and where he was and I was going to murder him and his family.  Pleasently those calls have stopped coming in:)

This number has called and tried to get personal information like medicare number which is same as social security number to send you medical supplies that you never ordered.
