Called but left no vm identifying themselves

"LISA SMITH" is a fraud. Calls several times a day for weeks now regarding solar paneling or electric bills, stating they are not selling something. They have thick non-native English speaking accents every time! Perhaps hacked a phone line or bought American phones to scam people in this country. When I tried calling back the phone number there was a call-block on it. I am sick and tired of these scammers calling! Wish they would get the hint that when I told them to remove me from their list I meant it and that I said I was on the do not call list I meant it. They asked for several of my different family members and are very intrusive at all hours.

I am tried of these calls coming in all times of day and night about my electric bill. I want this to stop immediately.

Asked for me by last name. Said "We're not selling anything, but did you know the average electric bill is over..." At that point I hung up and added the number to my Digitone call blocker. End of problem. I am getting such satisfaction from blocking these losers. One call to me and they're outta here. I have finally been able to reclaim my phone line.
