8/17/12 @7:45pm I received a call from 212-575-0383 that I did not answer. A voice mail was left on my cell, which is registered on the do not call registry. A man left a looped message stating he was calling in regards to and unpaid bill from the NY library and to please call as to not incur additional fines. Interesting since I've never stepped foot in a NY library. Somebody please investigate this number to stop these calls.

I am reporting  a Brandi-212-575-0383 in regards to a unpaid bill
that is unknow to me. As far as I am concern my bills are Up to date
and paid on time. I have a private number and this service is in violation
of my privacy, moreover harrassment.please look into this matter
at your earlie convenience, Thank You
