Called on the cell phone and said her name was Heather and that our account was OK.  At that point I hung up.

Called me today at 9:03 am. Left no voice mail.

Same as above,i had a missed call then got a busy signal when I *69 and called it back from the landline.we get these lower your credit card recorded calls every other day a few times a day on the landline and NOW im getting them on my CELL. NOT happy! We are on the do not call with all of oir phones,they change their number but the message is always the same.sometimes they block their name and number. Come on now this is getting old!

called my cell, of course it is on the DNC registry, and wasa recording of a woman's voice, "This is about your credit card account, there is little time left for you to ..." Blocked that number!

I have been receiving this call several days in a row...in the middle of the night....

I actually pushed 1 after the recording to find out how they got my information.  Very strong accent, would not connect me to a manager, specifically said he would not transfer my call.  Asked if i had a CC and when i said no, he asked why i didn't say that in the first place.  I Believe this is a scam so that people will press 1 and give their CC information to see about lowering rates and then they have your information.  Also, what they are doing by dialing mobile numbers with automated dialers is illegal.  

Ignored call. No VM left.

Received call a few minutes ago. Did not recognize the number so I didn't answer. I wish unwanted calls would go away!!

Same as above, I answered and did not let the computer finish speaking.  Glad to know it was a garbage call.  Thanks everyone!

Same as everyone else.  With the last post 3 minutes before me, it looks like a computer based auto dialer.  As with everyone else, it came on my cell.  

Received a call from this number and no one was there. I answered and they just sat there and then hung up.

Just noticed this number as a missed call on my cell phone. Did the same as moll above and googled the number--got the same result (Mari Dade in NYC). Did a reverse lookup for the number and got Develop Theatre like Arle above. Don't know who's trying to call, but glad I didn't answer--they didn't leave a voicemail.

I just got a call on my cell phone from this number; canned message from "Heather" from account services wanting to help me lower my credit card rate! ID just had phone number and NY,USA for info. Guess if this is going to start happening on cell phones I'll need to get iOS 7 to block calls.

I've had my cell phone # for over 15 years and never had a problem with telemarketers calling. Then got a call on my cell from this number. Caller ID just had the phone number - no name of the company. I answered and it was the ever popular recorded message for lowering my credit card interest rate! I googled the number and came up with "Mari Dade" in New York (garment district). Tried calling the number back and got a busy signal. Looks like a telemarketing group trying to appear as a business. Hope the FCC isn't part of the government shut down.

Phone rang at 8:58 am. Answered but didn't speak - in just a few seconds they hung up. Caller ID said Theatre,Develop. First time we've gotten a call from this number.
