New York, NY 10003-7800 is the address associated with the phone number.  Complete scam....businesses aren't apartments.

The type of name that showed up on my caller ID is synonyms with scamming.These parasites need to get real jobs and stop trying to feed off the citizens of the world.

Yesterday I received a call and just caught the end of the taped message. It said "press 9 if you want to be taken off our no-call list". I did this but started thinking if this is a phone hi-jack hoax. I am getting calls from (212)677-5122 New York;(212)-677-6432 Rosengarten,ILA; (212)-333-2692 New York; (212)-999-9999 New York. When I try to call these numbers back, I get the message-"this phone is not in use" etc. I do have telemarketer block but obviously they are getting through. I would like to block all further numbers from (212).  

another unwanted call from 212 area code that has popped up lately. Blocked it.

CID say Ila Rosengarten. Wonder if somebody hijacked her CID? Doesn't matter. All these calls recently from 212 area code seem to be telemarketers. Blocked all the numbers.

this number called me at 9pm. It was a recording for life alert. did not appreciate a recorded message at that time of night.

Same B.S. already twice this week.  Was going to return the missed call, but decided to look the name up on the internet.  Found all of these replies on this site.  Thanks for the info to all.  No more answering of calls that I don't know unless I look up the name first.

Too many scammers out there looking for quick cash and get nothing in return

The problem is the telephone companies. They make money on all of the calls one way or another. They could find and report or block the spammers if they wanted to but they just don't have the motivation.

What we need is a grass roots movement to get the government to focus all their talent on wiping these leeches out

Mary Rosengarten at 212-677-6432 called at 8:15 a.m. Pacific time and again at 4:30 p.m.  Didn't answer so don't know why they called here...I'm sure I don't know them either.

I keep getting these calls also. I let the answering machine deal with it, but it is still annoying.

Constant Calls

These calls come every day, yelling loudly about seniors. I always hang up.

Good ole Ila, the robocalling monster trying to scam senior citizens.  Don't ever answer any calls from numbers you don't recognize.  

Received a call from 212-677-6432 caller ID name Ila Rosengarten.  This call is regarding a Medical Alert Systems for seniors.  My number is on a DO NOT CALL list.  I have received well over 100 robo-calls from these companies.  I have asked numerous times to have my number removed from their call list.  I absolutely do not need this service.  These calls should be reported to every state Consumer Affairs Departments so this harassment will stop.

Thanks to radaris.com, spokeo.com, whitepages.com, and a pile of other data hoarding sites, my unlisted home phone is listed as belonging to someone in their 70's or 80's that used to live in town.  Now I get all these wonderful calls about medic alerts, home security, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, free groceries and free cruises.  Thanks, Guys!

Keep getting calls from Rosengarten, Ila regarding a senior medical alert device.
Appears to be a scam.

got two calls while away from home from Ila Rosengarten, 212-677-6432, no message was left. Glad I checked the number online and learned here that it's a scam. We are on the National Do No Call List, great help that has turned out to be.

This company continues to call our home even though I consistently press '9' to be removed from their list, at their prompt.

Why aren't they being shut down if there are so many complaints about them?

The caller called us @ 12L 54, noon, 10/16/2013.
the caller called us @16:32, 10/16/2013, left no message. I returned the call 3 times 05:20. The line alwas busy. One time I used no number. It asked me to enter password.

Incredible 3 calls in less than 20 hours over parts of two days from these SCUM SUCKERS.

got another (3rd) robocall from 212-677-6432 caller ID said "ROSENGARTEN, ILA" on Thursday 10-16-13 @ 922 AM.

U would think that after getting my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant" last night they would stop.

But good old Richard from "ROSENGARTEN, ILA" also know as Medical Alert System and the $1,000 coupons offer called/ He started up asking verifying my name and if we got disconnected
if this would be the best number to reach me at. I told him "Yes, it was."

Richard started his script so I started at full blast my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant".
Guess Richard did not like all the cussing and swearing. He hung Up.

Maybe Richard U should get a real JOB instead of being a SCAMMER !!!

got 2nd robocall from 212-677-6432 caller ID said "ROSENGARTEN, ILA" on Wednesday 10-15-13 @ 730 PM.

Medical alert System Scam with $1,000 of coupons. Guy came on line and gave his scripted talk. He came to a break point in his monologue and I asked him about the coupons he said he "will explain about it a little later." So he continued with his Script.
Decided it was time that I should play for him at full blast my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant". The guy bailed pretty quick.

This number calls at 7 am

Called me twice, at 3pm &7pm.I do not know anyone in N.Y.City therefore did not answer. The caller did not leave a message. I am assuming that it is a spam call. Yesterday I received a call from 212-333-2692, I did not answer , thanks to this site I found out it was spam.
