98% of the people posting on this thread are competitors trying to make their competition look bad. It's so funny to read this, especially the fake post by "Ryan Hult" which clearly wasn't even him. Continue to receive numerous calls from this number every day. These are unsolicited calls and have become a nuisance. My number is on the "DO NOT CALL" Registry. I understand this is some company called "The tax club" and they swindle hard earned monies from honest hard working citizens. Please shut them down!

I keep getting call from this number so i look it up and it look like a scam, so i name it scam in my phone,  now the have left three message trying to get me to call them back, they say the the co. i am doing business with that is coaching me on sell on line, want them to call me and help me with my business, and the give  a lady name and her extension number, I am checking with my coaches and see if they know anything about this co.. on the message they say they are with success planning, but the phone # that show up on my phone, when I call it back , answer tax club. let you know if I find anything else out

I get two calls back-to-back from them on my cell - they never leave a message with me either. I too started an LLC a while back. Coincidental? I don't think so.

I am a Canadian citizen in Saskatchewan, getting a call from this same number. I have read below comments and apparently all of you have gone through something called LegalZoom? I have not signed up, or done, anything along those lines - they have called me 4 times today and left no messages. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying.

Get a refund from the Tax Club by... The person to call reguarding all Tax Club scam situations is their lawyer Joseph Sanscrainte. He orchestrates the entire scheme to let the Tax Club get away with robbing the public consumers. His phone number is (516) 841-6535. He will consider your options for refund. Stay as far away as possible from the Tax Club. They have been under investigation by the NY State Atty and are barely skirting the law. They run scams that are designed to separate you from your money. Don't answer this call because they are most likely phishing for information.

Now this is the number of Internetbizprofits.com. This is owned by Victory Financial Consultants LLC.
This is a number of LLCs owned by a shady guy in St George Utah. This is suppose to be the consultant line they call from to reach you after you fork over money to the Victory. They then give you a 1-800 to reach them. Basically, You sign-up with Internetbizprofits.com, they send you confirmation email with a "CALL US NOW! 1-800-xxx-xxxx for your free consultation valued at $397.00"
You call, first guy feels you out, hands you off to the high pressure sales guy who gets your credit card number then hands you off to the operator who finalizes the transaction for their "service."
I refused the service and had not contacted them since. They charged my card anyway two weeks later without authorization then started calling me for the consultation.
I am disputing the charge now. My damn credit card refused to let me change the number 2 weeks before and now I have this astronomical amount charged to me! I now have to deal with this because or my f***'n credit card!! BEWARE, STAY AWQAY FROM ALL BUSINESSES MENTIONED.

I just received a call today, 2/26/2008 and no message.

been getting called every other week...they never leave a message and I will never pick up.  Pushing reject is effortless :)

Called my cell phone. I answered it because it has a 212 phone area code. It just plays wierd sounds.

A call just came in with this number 212-736-1105 and so far they say they are "The Tax Club".  Some sort of company affiliated to another company.  The person "Scott Miller" sounded like the usual loud-mouth salesman.  Had no idea what my company was about and was trying to squeeze me for information.

Sounds like fraud, looks like fraud, must be a FRAUD.

Got a call at 10:45 am.  No one was on the line when I answered it.

I have been with the tax club for several years and they have done an outstanding job with my corporate and personal tax returns.  They have also done work with the IRS when I got audited.

Warning.. don't even sign up with TheTaxClub.

They are bunch of scammers trying to rip people off... run from them, FAST!!!

I got scammed $1,500, after months of fighting, finally getting $500 back.  Currently filing a complaint about this company with the BBB.

I have also been receiving calls from this number--no words--just repeated calls.  I thought this sort of thing was illegal!  Does anyone know if this is the legal org attached to Accelerated Mentoring scam website business in Boise, ID?  They called me and wanted $10,000 (in addition to Accelerated Mentoring's $16,000 + cost) to set up a corporation I didn't need!  I refused, and now I get repeated calls from this number.

Why don't you tell people here what that company is really about?

rang two times and then went into automatic answering.  they then hung up.  strangely the caller ID showed two phone numbers.  212-915-0962 and 212-736-1105.    Has anyone been contacted by Merchant Referral Solutions, Bankcard Empire, someone claiming to be calling offering a job with Google, and many more?    I am on the no call list.  They seem to get by with this technique by hoping someone will answer before answering service clicks on.  These call all seem to be somehow  interconnected in some sense.  One gives your info to another.

I signed up for some info about affiliate marketing, got a packet in the mail that wasn't worth the price I paid, but live and learn right? Well, now the calls won't stop even though I've told them I am not interested in their program and to please remove me from their list.

have no idea why they started calling me.  only thing i can think of is that i signed up for a merchant account recently, so maybe this taxclub got a hold of the information, and they want to try to help me with my taxes and my record keeping now since i have a merchant account.  no thanks buddy, i can handle it on my own.

I got a call from this number while I was on the phone and they left no message. When I got off the other call I looked up the number on google & found this site. Similar to DS in LA, I signed up with the ProcessAfilliateRebates.com not long ago. After reading their post I googled the place I signed up with and found the following "If you have been looking into work at home opportunities then most likely you would have come across the Rebate Processing scam.  This program was created by the same people now trying to sell you Process Affiliate Rebates, but instead of Diana it was Angel Stevens as the creator." Guess there's another name to stay away from!!
Now, the most interesting part of this is that the call I was on was for the same thing...how odd is it that I was getting 2 calls at the same time for the same thing? Very strange if you ask me.    BEWARE!!!!

I used to work for this company: The Tax Club / Manhattan Professional Group...most of you guys are on a predictive dialer...which will mean future sales calls at all hours of the day.

Pick up, be polite and ask to be removed from the list...truth is youll still get calls...but hey, better than cursing the rep out wholl be sure to leave in the system for a 6am call the next day.

I have The Tax Club do my taxes every year for the past 5 years.  They have called me on that number to ask some questions about my tax returns.  They would only know certin information on which they are asking me.  I don't know how you are getting Legal Zoom when you call it.  It must be some computer generated scam or something.  As far as getting the Tax Club, ask them to delete that number or ask who they are trying to reach.  It might not be a big deal. You can find their number on www.thetaxclub.com so you can tell them to stop.  Hope this helps.
