Received prerecorded call from "Heather" asking that I return her call with regard to lowering my credit card (card company not specified) interest rate. Obvious phishing scam. Filed complaint with FTC, National Do Not Call Registry website.

I just got a call from this number. There was a recorded voicemail saying it was my final notice to lower my credit card interest rate. SCAM.

They call me from different numbers all the time telling me my offer is running out of time to lower the intereste on my credit cards. Even when I have no balances I get these calls. When I've tried speaking to a person, they always hang up on me. I tried calling back each time and it's always a busy number.

Received call regarding lowering the interest on my credit card. When asked what type of card and why they were calling me on a business line I was hung up on. Reeks of a phishing scam

The call was to my company cell phone number. It was a recorded message urging me to call another number in regards to my credit card. They did not mention the name of the card isssuer so this is obviously some type of scam.
