Received a call from this Number. Did not pick up since I didn't recognize the number or why I would be getting calls from "New York City"

I got the darnest call from 212-776-7779. The caller said they were from New York. When you call this number back there is a recording tell you that the number isn't working. They must understand the term they have been put on the goverment no call list. Looks as if someone doesn't understand.
Caller stated they were debt collectors: get no info from me

Got one with New York City....Another tech to catch and Harras people, if they really have gudts why dont they go after who stole billions of nations money and you and I paid for that!
