Just called me didn't answer it but I called it back it repeated the number and said leave a message this is bs

So I answer this number 212 777 3001 He says something he's from some company and that he got my number from the FBI I said say that again could barely understand him. So I said you know who you are dealing with? Not to mention him chewing on his gum and I laughed at him and hung up. I may now call his # and bother him for a bit. BS wish I could put my fist in the back of his head.

It is a scam! They have no way of knowing what is going on with your computer! He wanted to access your computer so he could "hack" it and then lay a line on you and scam you for money!  

Real tech's don't call you, you call them! :)

I got a call from New York and a man with an accent was telling me computer hackers were trying to do harm to my computer when I got online or sent an email. I do not believe they were trying to help me, this seamed more like a scam.....

Same story here. This clown with a heavy accent calls and tells me to turn on the Windows computer. I played along for a few minutes, but then he asks me for $200 to fix my computer. I tell him no way, then he threatens "to bring the FBI to my doorstep". After he said that, I laughed at him and told him to Eff off, then I hung up. If you see number and you're able to do so, block it.

Ive been getting unknown calls on my cell phone with this same issue. That there's something wrong with my computer Windows 7. Now I know it's a scam. I was even told on July 3rd that my computer would crash but here is August 1st and nothing. They are a bunch of liers and scammers. Please block the number if it comes up on your phone or it's it's blocked try not to answer.

same deal here... he called talking about an issue with my computer. too bad i dont have a personal computer!

The name to this number is Jenny Wu

Man with foreign accent claimed he was calling from Microsoft about hackers who were hacking my computer RIGHT NOW.  Asked for credit card number, when I replied that I didn't have one he asked me to go to Western Union or Money Mart to send a cheque.  I replied I didn't know where that was and that I would mail him a cheque.  He gave me the address of  to Bubble P.C. 1055 Dover Drive, Laval, Quebec  H7W 3L6 to mail the cheque to.  He claimed his name was Charlie and I told him I would call Microsoft to tell them what a good job he was doing and he said I didn't need to call anyone but I bet Microsoft and the Police would be interested in talking to Charlie!

Same story, only MY computer hasn't been on in months!

Same as the other posts here. I asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me. Called the number back and was routed to an unidentified answering service

Same experience as others...answer phone and get the recorded "good bye".

Just received a call on my mobile phone which I just purchased last month, it was a male foreigner claiming to work for WINDOWS saying that I had hackers in my computer started explaining to me what to do to correct problems, I stopped him and handed phone over to my boyfriend which started asking more questions. We got a name of Shane, he was willing to send his drivers license and ID# to us but I told boyfriend NO, HANG UP NOW!!  Search number and see that other people have been called by it.

Answered the call, but dead silence and disconnected by itself.

Answered the call and it was a couple of beeps, followed by an automated voice saying "goodbye". Weird.

This number called me a few minutes ago... A guy with a terrible accent tells me his company has been getting messages from my windows computer with errors. He goes on (terribly slowly and blatantly reading from a script) that I have malware on my computer and I need to turn it on and he will walk me through steps to fix it. I clarified that he was calling about my Windows computer and after he says yes I explain that none of my computers run windows, everything is Mac... He tells me "yes that's the one please turn it on". I ask where he got my number and he mumbles something about a national government database. I laugh and ask for the number of his company, he says "800 777 01234" and hangs up.

Clearly a hilarious attempt at phishing. Guy definitely needs to work on his delivery... I doubt they will be calling again but if they do I will enjoy screwing with them!

This man kept calling me, so finally I played along.  He said there was something wrong with my computer, I asked which one, I have 6...oh he says, maybe turn them all on..so I did (haha).  Then he tells me to type all kinds of stuff, I pretended to go it, and he's like what do you see?  I said nothing, the monitor is black, was I suppose to turn them on too???  He was getting mad!  I finally said, instead of going through all this, wouldn't be easier if I just gave you my bank info and credit card info?  I assure you this is about your computer...got bored so I hung up.

This guy keep calling and stated he calling regarding my computer. When ask what up. He hung up.

Calls frequently with the name M Allaudin, do not know him/her, sounds very solicitous.....irritating !!!!!!

Who ever it was left a message on my cell phone. Could not understand a word they said. I will not answer if they call again. If the calls continue, I will block their phone #!!

Called on my company phone. When I asked him what it is about, he answered that it is about my computer. I asked him what about my computer?  he started blabbjng about something and I just hung up.  Very very very bad men.  He needs some help.
