I called them back (couldn't help myself) and they identified themselves as "Capital Stack." Said they made small business loans.

call and hung up with out saying anything. from this board I see that that is fortunate, and I will put this number on my block list so I do not have to deal with them again.

This is a scam call unit which "wants to make unsecured loans to companies."

The very fact that they phone my unlisted number that has been on the do not call list since it first started is a red flag of a criminal operation. This is confirmed by their sales pitch. They are loan sharks.

called about up to "$50,000 unsecured business loan available in less than 7 business days!". just a recording, I am assuming it is calling local small businesses.
