Hello Ryan,

There are several recipients receiving phone calls and emails with no message or return contact information left via message/voicemail. the company below is using information from Career builder, Monster, Indeed and other job sites to contact job seekers using bad/illegal practices. Several of us are reporting this information to our local state attorney general office, the spam email and solicitation calls, some comments state from a foreign speaking person. The number is 212 852 0287, but switches to different numbers from time to time.

You are the website provider/host/Go Daddy reseller, but still the responsible party for hosting. We are all going to forward your information as well in our complaints and that we have contacted you about this matter, but we think it best that you contact your client and investigate our concerns. As a provider and or host, I would remove them as a client, I personally would not want to be tied to a company that is spamming, soliciting callers which results in angry customers and a very bad reputation.

I received the same message and have yet to check my email. I would recommend everyone just report the phone number to their local State Attorney General Office and then reject or block the number from your phone provider.

I got a call from this number and no one was on the line.  When I tried to call it back it said it was a none working number.

They called twice. First time they heard my voicemail recording so probably got my name. Second time the lady mumbled my name and left message concerning job offer...all unintelligible but after reading this forum I've determined it's from a telemarketer.  BTW she mumbled they got my resume online and they were from Northwest Mutural.  What kind of bogus insurance company is that?

I called backed as I was waiting for an out of state call.  They said they were calling on behalf of a local Life Insurance company.  I figured from the notes above I wanted to speak to them and have them remove my information.  He "said" that he would delete my resume since I stated I was not interested   in Life Insurance work.  Hopefully that will keep me from getting the monthly phone calls.

Recieved my first call from them. When I called back it didnt ring it went straight to a voice recordign with music in the back gound telling me to hold on the line that an agent would be right with me.

2nd call today from this number...i have a resume on CB as well..they never leave a msg so for the hell of it i called them ...no answer..just a recording telling me my call would be answered in 15 seconds, which didnt happen.  i called my cell carrier and had the number blocked..hopefully they wont start calling from another 212 number.

Insurance...Well that makes sense. They are as bad as used car salesmen. True scumbags!

Called 12 times in a row. I finally answered and just said, stop calling me". No way will I work with a group that behaves like this.

Just got a call from this number and like others who've posted here, I have a resume on Career Builder.  They must be pretty desperate (or clueless) if they think they can call people on a Sunday morning and get recruits to sell insurance.

DO NOT Answer the phone for this number. IF you answer, they record that this is a live voice / live phone. Now you will be sold to others.....  THEY got you to scam from Career Builder.

Received 3 calls. Said he saw my resume online and wanted to talk to me regarding a job.

they called me 3 times; 3rd time i spoke to them.  this is a "free" job - you work for free & if you make them $$$ they will pay you.

They are calling me a couple times a day. No message left.  My resume is on CB also.

This is a telemarketer / recruiter operating out of NY for New York Life.  They are prescreening candidates for life insurance sales.  They are culling names from job boards in an attempt to attract somebody to submit for an interview.  Insurance sales can be a good job someone without much experience and looking for a career.  However, those of us who are already well ensconced in our careers and further along in life do not necessarily see this as an opportunity that compensates well starting out.  If you like to struggle this is where you begin.
