These hammerheads call all hours,leave no message.There ought to be a way to stop these damn "companies"
from bothering people.When I see their number on caller I.D.,I just ignore it!

this number called and asked for my six year old by name!  when i said he six he hung up right away and then i tried to call it back rang four times and then hung up !

They called Sept 11.  I did not answer the phone and they did not leave a message.

Just got a call from this number and a man with a rude rough tone of voice asked me if I was (my name).  I said yes and he hung up.  I thought it was suspicious and called back and it rang until it disconnected.  My credit card info was used by a random a few weeks back and I had to cancel, etc. So hopefully this is not an identity thief....

Caller: CO of Park Ave is what shows up on my caller ID when they call. They have called 4X's in the last few Days at 8am NY time 4am Alaska time! Its getting really annoying! But today they called so I answered and its strange..Sounds like a guy breathing heavy into the phone!

I got a call on the number 212-897-3363.

They called and I didn't answer.  Seems they are making a lot of people irritated.
Not sure there is any action that can be taken that will actually work.

Asked if I was there.  I asked who wants to know.  Hanged up.  Tried to call them back.  Got cut off after four seconds for no reason.

Multiple calls  never leave a message.  Certainly no one I know.  Clearly violating DoNotCall rules

I recently received a call from this number. Man on the other side said "Hello, is this (my name)".

Since the number was a new number, I immediately asked "May I ask who is speaking?"

Then, he hung up. Since this number came to my cell phone, I just blocked the number.

I am really interested in how these telemarketers are getting my number..

i called windstream.  they told me they r a communications/ ph company.  and though 212 897-3363 might be phone # of their customer; to get number taken off calling list one must do that through 212 897-3363 ....

i will keep looking for better results.

Called me only once so far, but I was curious so I *67 and someone picked up said nothing then hung up, It happened twice. So I Googled the number and found you all here. Not sure who they are yet but if I find out I will come back and post here as well as report them. THX .

I have recieved over 75 calls from this number. I finally found someone to call. The Network provider for the company.Paetec Communications/Windstream Communications. 1-866-445-5882. They said they would inform their customer to remove me from their list and advised me that if it continues to press charges. I will. Hope this helps the rest of you.

As an FYI, one of the cold calling list sources (whether or not they have other sources, I don't know) for Park Avenue Asset Management/Venture Capital/ Real Estate is the emoneyshow.com (and/or moneyshow.com) registration list(s).    

I received a call from somebody at Park Avenue and was told that  I was being contacted because I attended or e-attended one of the money shows and expressed an interest in their investment products.   Now, I knew my number was on the do not call list, that I had not provided it on the emoneyshow.com registration/profile, and I couldn't recall at all ever attending a presentation or visiting an "e-booth" sponsored by these Park Avenue people.   But, thinking maybe I did, when the caller asked if I would look at some investment information if he sent it to me, I agreed.    

I spent several hours the following weekend (really did have better and more important things to do) researching what he was trying to sell and concluded that it just wasn't appropriate for me -- whether or not it would be appropriate and acceptable for somebody else is beyond my expertise and I'm not saying that it was a definite scam or anything like that.  

When I talked to the gentlemen a few days later and told him that I was not interested in investing with his firm; he did, IMO, become a little too loud and too aggressive and seemed to have the attitude that I had an obligation to justify to him to his satisfaction why I wouldn't invest.  I did find out that I had merely checked some area of interest on my emoneyshow.com profile that had some tangential connection to what he was selling rather than having had any prior actual contact with that specific company which would have possibly/likely established a business relationship and probably permitted his initial call under the Do Not Call rules.

So, my point is if you are registering or have registered for the (e)moneyshow.com events,  you may want to consider if you really want to provide them with enough contact information that your phone number can be determined when/if that information is distributed to 3rd parties.

Just took call. Pretty sure they have called other times over the past year. Seemed as if someone breathing in the background. Used app known as Call Filter to avoid seeing this number again. Hope it works.

This number called me at 11:39 at night! What the heck? That's 1:39AM - NY time. Of course I don't answer numbers I don't recognize...if they are really looking for me they will leave a message.

Call in middle of the night and they do not say anything when you answer.

This number was called to me three times the last days. They left no message. The third time the call was made to me, I answered and was immediately disconnected. This was after midnight.

Called at 11:35 pm and wouldnt say anything when I answered, called again at 1:30 am with the same result. I am on the do not call list.

It has been almost a year since their first call.  Last time was around 2 A.M.  two nights ago.  Emails were sent by the same company as well.  They just don't go away.

Do-not-call says it is an unattended mail box.

these guys are sick s****,,they have a automatic phone system that calls 1000,s of nums a day ,with one dumb a** working there,the calls wont stop,now its starting late at night
