This is Forex checking to see if I wanted to activate a live Forex trading account. Very professional. This was a legitimate followup call.

Yes, this is FXCM. They called me as we'll, same reason - a follow-up call to see if I am interested in opening a live account with them. Completely polite, no unpleasant selling attempts.

FXCM is now the firm used on the E-Trade website for their forex traders.  Highly reputable.

The call I got was from FXCM a brokerage company that deals in the trading of Foreign Currencies, I am a member and have a Demo account and plan to go live this week with a live account.  They are a top rated rated company and absolutely no "fly-by nights".  They account to the SEC (the big boys) and several govn't and privated agencies that track and dog what the do so they remain reputable company.  They have helped me immensely and have kept me from crashing and burning as I learn the Forexchange (Called FOREX) market.  My opinion they are  top rated from what I can see and close to a hundred others in my position which is learning the FX market,  MTI is off the scale in education  completely awesome group. But you will still need the FXCM people to trade the currancy pairs that you choose to trade.  This is my take on this phone number.

FXCM - They called me after I opened a demo account to walk me through using the platform and gave me a lot of great advice. . . all in all it was a very helpful call.
