same here - got the call, no one there, went to a busy signal.  Tried to call back and got the recording that the number was no longer in service.

I received a call this morning from this number and answered it.  It was a recorded message that said to please hold for an agent with an important message.  At that point, I hung up and when I called the number back, it says that it has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  Probably, some telemarketing outfit is my guess.
