ITS A COLLECTION COMPANY,yes boys and girls a collection company,a cheap one but a collection company,answer the phone with BLOW ME,thats right BLOW ME,they hate this as they scramble,too say WHAT,continue with BLOW ME,they will babble on,BUT,SAY BLOW ME,this is a cheap agency,no legal rights,STAND UP,give them the BLOW ME ANSWER,if you continue too take the phone calls,with no answer its your fauilt,as my mexicans friends say,BLOW ME,TOO THE THUGS,its your life.

its a collector,,,they buy your note   for pennies, the caller makes 8,50 per hour...too call you,,,my responce was BLOW ME...they havent called back.ahhhhhhhh

Keep getting calls this time I answered he couldn't even say my last name told him wrong number. If this is chase bank I never did any dealings with them so do t know why they keep calling unless this is a spam call. Tried looking up the number on true call app on my phone comes up as most likely spam...

The collection agency that uses this number as well as alterations has a notorious record of being sued 17 times for this tactic. Very illegal and unprofessional.  Their name. Receivables Performance Management You will have to file a complaint with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and your state attorney general

Called me 4 times in a two minute period.  Won't leave a voice mail so I won't talk to them.

I have been receiving calls from this unknown number for about two weeks now.  It has become really annoying, they don't leave a message and when I attempt to call back there is no answer!! This is has got to stop now!!

They call and hang up. No message left. If this is Chase as it says on other posts,  I have never had any dealings with Chase. I've been telling them for a year that the person who they are trying to reach hasn't had this number for at least a year. I guess it's impossible to get removed from their list.

Keep getting these calls to my PREPAY cell... Don't have a clue how they even got this number since I don't have it listed. They don't answer even when I do. No messages and I can't get a reply to tell them to stop calling. I just don't answer... so skin off my nose and no minutes off my phone if I don't. Jerks. Spammers scammers and liars.

This number has called me, & I hve no clue for I dont owe anyone anything have a paid for house & car. Called back to try & tell them to take me off calling list & NO ANSWER !!!!

Received a call from them around noon today, but I work weird hours and was asleep.  They left a voicemail and thinking it was the father of a friend I listened.  A man speaking very close to the receiver told me to call a 1-800 number with an extension that I couldn't make out.  I think he said his name was Dexter and I needed to get ahold of him immediately concerning a document I needed to turn so a decision could be made.  I'm not sure what decision he's talking about, but after reading that this was from Chase, I called them because my checking account is at Chase.  They took down all the information about the caller and the number they used, but said it had nothing to do with them.  Guess what?  Not calling him back. :)

Not in my caller ID so they are foreign to me. I didn't answer and they left no message.
Unless we know each other...don't call me...I don't know you and don't have to talk to you. An employee of a company is not my friend so they don't need to be calling my 'private line'. I have an unalienable right to privacy and no business has a right to violate it with an employee or a computer calling my private line.

They've been calling for several days now, I had them calling me for days almost a half a year ago. Today I finally answered but no one answered back and when I hung up he started to say something. Don't know what because I've already hung up. But on my caller id its coming up "new York ny."

Received a call from 212-920-8260 they left a message says his name is Nash and told me to call him back at 800-749-6434.  Don't know who they are... I have seen were the 212 number could be from Chase but the other number from someone else.

Yep, they and a few other banks got bailout money because it was forced on them so we, the taxpayer, wouldn't really know which banks were really in trouble.      Look at what the CEO of US Bank had to say.  They were basically locked in a room are were told to take the money or else.

I had started application process & looking into refinancing a house thru Chase, but they always call me from a Toll free number out west. JUST this week started getting these calls from New York...AND at almost 9 pm!! I didn't think that even collection places were allowed to call after 8 pm.

same number called my brothers cell only asked for Joshua which happens to be his name never said a last name when I said he wasn't  in can I take a message the lady just hung up in my face whats up with that if its a business they don't conduct business very good might just be a scam cause whe u google the area code says Panama City Beach FL

Calls every morning, I answered a couple times and got no response.  I have it blocked, but still rings once before cutting off

You can block their number.  

Google Voice allows this using the block caller, or create a group, put them in it, and create an outgoing greeting just for them (as I did) and check the box send directly to voice mail.  The other option depends on your phone ... I have the option to check a box refusing the call and sending directly to voice mail.  Works great.

It's 8AM - 9PM, idiot. And it applies to the time zone for the area code for the phone, no matter where you take the phone. In case you don't know, they have very sophisticated dialers that won't call an area code outside of the correct hours.

All they would have to do is send you a letter via certified mail forbidding you to contact them by phone and requiring all further contact be made by mail.  Check the FTC regulations on this.

They ask for a name that sounds similar to yours and then when you try to correst them they hang up! This number is weird. Very confusing. Might be a scam. I never pick up anymore. They never leave a message.

They call everyday and never leave a message. I of course do not answer because I don't recognize the number. If they'd leave a message like a normal company or real business......I wouldn't suspect a scam...and would perhaps speak to whomever it is.

yes same here I get the same calls on my cell phone. when you call it back it is busy which means it is an outgoing line only not an incoming line which tells me it is not a bill colector because they would want you to call back in order to pay your debt. this is a scam.
