Have received several messages from this number as well as several others this summer..supposedly regarding a debt owed by my daughter and my number was left as a contact. all  B.S..They will also call from other numbers, using other people..have even had them call from cell phones while in traffic ( could hear the traffic in the background ).  try to use high pressure scare tactics to extort money from people...be advised folks, this IS a phishing scam .Do not return their phone calls..and report them to your local police. Also know that if you see posts on this or other websites , praising their goodness..that's them..a shill, as they used to call them, trying to make their group of crooks look legitimate..spread the word..post it on all your local forums..let's have some fun debunking these jerks!!

I received the exact same prerecorded call from this clown.

"yeah this is Frank Magio, you need to call my office regarding this complaint. If I don't here back from you by the end of the day, you are going to leave me with no options" Obvious scam of some kind.

I received the same message today at my work. The recording said the same name as Frank Maaggio and was aggressive and rude. They continue to call 3 to 4 times daily it is getting annoying wish it would stop. Does anyone have any ideas?

I received a call trying to locate a person I am not in contact with. i told them i was not and they said they were going to deliver  documents and i was to forward them to this person, i said if you have my address, there would be trouble on their end. end of call????

Everyone should be contacting the New York State police, if enough do they may look into it.  Does anyone know what they are trying to scam???

08/15/13......Yep, bingo, same v-mail, same rude azz dude, Frank Maggio, and the exact same verbatim wording in the message, and tone of nature. Instinctively made me want to call him back up and show him what rude really can be, but thank goodness I decided to just leave it alone and hope the frickin' stooge just had the wrong number. Even called the number back tonight to see if a business name would be given on a recording, but none given.

I received the second recorded message from this scumbag.  I have filed complaints both times.

I got this same message on 8/14/2013. It is very threatening and I'm sure a total scam. I always say what comes around goes around. I hope it goes around to him really soon.

this is a scam, he told me my address and ask if anybody 18 or older will be at my home to retreive my summons ...i was like what the hell, I hope some get them and slam them

Thank goodness I googled the number before I called the a**le back.... I got this message on my vm.

He sounds like he is making a threat. Also the call says it is coming from New York.

The women left message that i should contact there investigation dept I did not listen to the rest of it,
because its happen before it's about a debt 10 years ago they said i owe so I put it on my bankruptcy and now I'm not in bankruptcy my Lawyer told me to ignore them I'm so tired of them threating to arrest me and constanly calling me.

Called at 11:15AM and left a message that was both annoying and quasi-threatening. It was obviously prerecorded.
"Yeah this is Frank Magio, you need to call my office today regarding this complaint. My number is 2143903525. If I don't hear back from you by the end of the day, you are going to leave me with no more options."
The tone of voice also makes it sound like a threat. Now I'm off to search the internet for ways to spam his 3525 number,

This man called our office number, asked to verify employment of a bogus employee.  When he was told there is no one here by that name he started asking odd questions, ones of which "where did I call" our response was "you should know that if you called us" he hung up.  We called back and asked if this was their normal practice to call & hang up on people he said "yup" and hung up!

I am recv harassing unwanted calls they wont say what company they are from and will not answer any questions it sounds like one guy answering the phone from a whole in the wall up east somewhere....please please get rid of thIS maggot he was very rude and it is a scam I am also contacting the BBB this has to be illegal...He would only say this is verification department and then ask questions a SCAM...SCUM WITH A SCAM...
