These caller's, with caller id name of NWYRCYZN01, NY, are scammer's who are trying to commit toll fraud.
I have pin pointed thousands of $'s worth of fraudulent call's originating from this source...

If you have Verizon land line, you can sign-up for the service that lets you BLOCK specific numbers.  Works for me, no repeat calls after I enter the number to be blocked...

This number along with different numbers with different area codes are coming from Consumer Services. I have gotten 2 of these mechanical calls from different numbers with different women talking about credit cards. Some how they call directly to my voice mail and don't call has a regular call or text. These people get away with so much crap.

these people call Sunday morning like the rude, loser punks they are.  they should be fined and incarcerated with homicidal maniacs for 72 hours.

I hope and pray that either God and/or FBI and FCC will investigate numbers which are used to scam the public...  Lying and mockery should be stopped!

Just rang my landline - reads "NWYRCYZN01 NY" on the caller ID.  I've seen it before, but whenever I pick up, there's no one there.  Odd...

They just called me once yesterday!  It said NY, NY on my phone!  Didn't leave a message either!

This number 212-987-6545 called my cell phone twice just now ... I, too, am on the do not list but does not seem to matter.

I am on the do not call lists. This seems to be from a disconnected exchange listing, hence an illegal tap!

I am on the Do Not Call List, but this Telemarketer still calls my house.

There's no one there cuz it's a robot call and takes a few seconds for it to register THAT SOMEONE ANSWERED...

If you have AT&T call 611 and report them they will take care of it for you.

got a call from this number today. do not usually get scam or telemarketing calls from 212 numbers. And since I live in NY, I thought it might possibly be a legit call. T'was not. "Caller" hung up as soon as I answered.

Telemarketers put on do not call

omg...they did same thing to me...i said delete my number(cell phone)...a guy said f...u

This number called my house today and when I asked to have my number removed from their call list, a foreign man asked me if I would give him a b*** j**.  I hung up on him!

"Sarah" called me too.  Guess I'm not special :)  
I pressed one kept the guy on the line for 2-3 minutes.  Told him too much background, noise- I couldn't hear him.  Asked which card (always they say "Visa Mastercard")  Asked him if he worked directly for them ("yes" -oops that's a lie), told him I thought they were separate companies (he told me everyone knows they are - hmmm conflict with his previous statement that he was an employee of them).  He continually asked me if I pressed #1 to get a lower credit card rate (NEVER say yes to that question!!).  I said I pressed one to understand who was calling me.  He finally asked me if I wanted a lower credit card rate - I said I didn't think I needed one, at which point he screamed "F++k you" and hung up.  Ah, yes, that made a rainy day a little better LOL.

I'd really like to know why the feds can't set up a plan to trace these calls with someone (like myself) that gets calls like this just about weekly, and take these punks down.  At minimum they are in massive violation of "Do Not Call" laws.  Apparently there is no "will" as there certainly is a way.
