this person called yesterday - I said hello, they said, "is this mrs -------?", I said we don't accept sales calls, he said this isn't a sales call, it's a courtesy call.

then HE hung up on ME! haha.

just called again today, I could hear that room-full-of-people-talking sound but no one replied, so I hung up. it's getting annoying.

i'm on a no sales call list,how do these people get away with this?

I got the call on the 13th of May 2008. I answered it and after the 3rd Hello, I finally got a response. The gentleman had a thick middle-east accent (Like the DELL help desk people). He said he was also from a National debt something or other. He asked if I had any debt. I responed with " Nope... No debt here." He said "Oh, ah tank you" and hung up.

I received another call from this number today.  This my third one. This time the caller identified some kind of debt consolidation business.  I hung up promptly.

They called twice already. I haven't picked up the call, but no message in my voicemail. I guess it may be some headhunter because i posted my resume in hotjobs. No clue yet.

Let this one go to voicemail for the 1st 4 or 5 times(usually once a day).Finally decided to answer it after 2nd ring. No one there.

Two calls in two hours. I told them I was going to report them to the FBI. THick accent talked about debt collection.

Two calls within 1-hour.  After the first I requested that they take my number off their calling list and DO NOT CALL AGAIN!  Within 55 minutes I received another call from a female using the same number.  Dialing the number back I get a "No longer connected" message.  I did not catch the entire name of the company, but what I do recall is "National Debt..."  They are fishing, I have no debt problem.

Same as faith. Who owns this number?

Unsolicited phone call, would not leave name or message.

Dead air, then a hang up.
