I got calls from "unknown caller" and from Tom Campbell after calling Time Warner customer service. I didn't pick up. From reading the above, now I know.

Got the same caller / number ID and no message was left. It was within 10 minutes of a prior call I had placed to Time Warner Cable.

It IS a Time Warner Cable automated survey. Of course, you wouldn't know that from the "Tom Campbell" name (which also showed up on my phone) or the random-a** 213 area code, but if you had any interaction with TWC within usually a 24 hour period, you could get a follow-up survey call from this...or any other number, for that matter.

Your all not very smart. No one calls from the number becuase it is not real. The Endicium number of 213-200-000 is like using John Smith or 213-000-000.
If your getting a call from the number it is just a bogus number. It has nothing to do with Endiium or any other company. Gee I wonder who uses 411 or 213-555-1212. Yikes people...
