1. When you pick up, an IVR asks you to press any number
2. Then a lady answers who says she will route the call
3. Some dude named Brendan is looking for a Michael Mcarlton
4. Said he is from "Global". I said Global who, he said Global International (fake name ofcourse). Some debt collection agency.Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME

They just called and asked for my husband by first name only.  Said he was unavailable and that we were on the Do Not Call list.  The guy then responded "how's that working out for you?"  I said obviously not too well and he hung up.....surely not the sign of a business that I would want to support

why do they keep calling? even after I ask them not too.. I have a tough time getting to the phone Please quit calling

I just received a call on my work phone and did not answer because I didn't recognize the number (and they didn't leave a message. What a surprise!)

Did you ever think these calls are from the company who charge you to trace the number.Sounds like a scam so you pay to trace a number.lets see them print this ! Got YOU.

Just received a call from this phone number identifying it as Los Angeles, CA.  Answered and received no response.  The line was still open and after about 30 seconds a polite female recorded voice said good-bye and was disconnected.  1st of these calls, but expect more based upon previous entries.

STOP CALLING US NOW!  We are on the Do Not Call List and WOULD NEVER do business with you! Next step maybe the Feds. You call and ask for David and then hang up....every week or more!  WE DO NOT WANT ANY MORE CALLS!!

This number calls daily, sometimes multiply times in a day.  The one time I talked to a person I asked to take our number off there list.  They have not.  They start calling at 9  am just to hang up.  This has been going on for weeks now.  I am  fed up

Somebody named Jerry spoke to my office manager, claimed it was a personal call, and then hung up when he was unsuccessful.

Just got a call from this number, well spoken and polite woman asked for my husband, he was out and I said so, she said it was marketing, no message.  Nicest call like this I have ever taken.  Two years ago my husband made the mistake of saying he wanted more information about an investment and now we are on every list known to man or beast about stocks, oil, gold, stamps, marketing software, etc.  Usually the person pretends to know him and asks for his cell number, or just hangs up.

Just got a call where the caller id said "unavailable" and 213-214-7460 was the number.  I usually don't pick up unidentified callers, but I did this time and a fellow asked for Michael.  Well, my deceased father was named Michael, so I asked, "who is calling?" and then no answer.  Just silence.  I said, "hello?" repeatedly, and still no answer.  Then I heard a hang-up.  Obvious creeps!  Thanks for the help by sharing your experience. This number just called me.. I dont know who it is or why they called me. I said hello and they didnt respond so i hung up!

Just like Jeaniek postes, same type call, did not allow "that" person to speak once  I made them identify themselves, told them they MUST put my name on their DO NOT CALL list, hung up..

This number calls me every day aroung 3 PM, hangs up when I answer

Calls & asks for Chris. When you ask what number they called they ask if this is Chris' number or not. Replied: don't know you have to tell me what number you dialed 1st! They hung up. Not the 1st time I've seen this number on my caller id.

Received a call from this number at our business this morning.  No one responded when I answered so I held on, eardrum-piercing emergency whistle at the ready.  After about 30 seconds, there was a quiet tone and then a recorded woman's voice said, "Good bye" and the call disconnected.  I won't repeat what I said in reply because it wasn't polite.  The number (213-213-7460) looks spoofed. Caller ID showed "unavailable."  I suspect it's an overseas scammer who uses the internet to spoof phone numbers and make calls.  I wish someone had been on the other end.  I've had a frustrating morning and would have enjoyed blowing out the eardrums of some scamming idiot who is wasting my time.  Ah, well.  Maybe next time.  <evil grin>

LOL....Just got a call from this number......they asked for chris I told them Chris died last week, they said he owed them money and needed a forwarding number, I gave them the white house number....

I got a call from them this morning. I didn't answer because caller ID said "anonymous".  I would never answer a call with "anonymous" as caller ID. My phone offers a "block caller list".  It works quite well, so they just got added to the list.

I am glad I looked this up. I did not answer...oh...and I don't have a husband, so I guess they wouldn't want to deal with me anyway.

Phone rang from this number again today.  This time, the phone went "click" when I said hello.  STOP CALLING US!!  We are on the Do Not Call List, which obviously is not enforced.  I know you are looking for my husband, but he is rarely home, and I answer ALL the calls and make ALL the decisions here.  If you do not stop calling us at our 410-515 home phone, I will do whatever it takes through the proper authorities to stop you.  We do not want your calls, or any other, and would do NO BUSINESS with a telephone solicitor!

I answered phone, and male voice asked to speak to my husband.  This caller knew my husband's name.  I told caller he was not home, and asked who was calling.  Caller stated he was "Don Johnson"and abruptly hung up.  I called the number on caller I.D. and received recorded message that mailbox was full, and no message could be left.  We are on the Do Not Call List, and are particularly fed up with anonymous and irritating calls from California, which we receive too many of.  We would do NO business with anyone who calls from there!
