Automated voice told me to enter the 4 digit pin on my screen.

I received a call from this number at 5am in the morning.  It said enter an ID or press 8 to join a three way call.  No idea who this is, but suspecting harrassment.

dont know who this is. When I call it back, it says "welcome to remote control, please enter your user id followed by the pound or hash sign".
