It is against the law for them to use these tactics to collect on old  or new Payday loans. They cannot throw you in jail. It is also illegal to call your family and friends as this is contacting 3rd parties. Check out the Fair Debt Credit Act and if you answer to any of these scammers, just tell them that you know what the fair debt credit act says. Tell them that they are trying to collect this debt illegally and that you might sue them for harassment and illegal procedures on trying to collect a debt that you may or probably DO NOT owe.

If these people continue to use harassing tactics against you, then I would report them to their attorney general.  Let them know you know that they are a scam.  Ask for a physical address and see what happens.  Check the address out!  It will be an empty parking lot.

I highly suspicion that ACI collections, USB Mediations, BCW group, State by State Investigations, National Check Fraud, Attorney Christopher Houxx are all working for the same el head hauncho!!!! These criminals buy your personal private information from an old payday loan.  They get your number.  Once they put your number into a system then other scam artists get a hold of your number too. They start rotary dialing.  It is actually against the law for these payday loan companies to sell your personal private information, but they do!!! Ever notice how these people sound the same????

These people should all be carted off to an island.  They are scum suckers.  They are the worst criminals in the world!!! Instead of holding a gun to your head they try to use intimidation tactics. An unpaid loan would not constitute a criminal case.  They will tell you that they are a lawyer, not true, they will say that they have a paralegal, not true, they will say they work for investigations, they don't, they say you will be served a bench warrant, you won't.  They will say that you will be taken to court.  Well.... ask them for a physical address so you can take it to your attorney.  They will never give it to you.  They will scream at you and talk louder and louder.  Then they will hang up the phone.  No do not give them any money.

This number 213-223-6840 not only calls me threatening me with jail time saying i have maliscious intent against m, he alwo calls my mother and sister, who I obviously don't live with, to tell them the same information . It is against the law to not only harrass parties that aren't involved, let alone leave personal information. Yet when they want me to call back, they want me to call a different number. I will be calling them today to tell them to cease and desist all harrassing phone calls to me and my family memebers

These people calls my cell phone at least 3x/day. But won't identify themselves in a weird threatening voice, that I should get a lawyer to represent me because they are coming after me. i never pick up the call. Next time I will and I will tell them to stop or I will report them to Fair debt collection practices act.

My fiance and I have received two phone calls from this number in the last two days.  I do not know who these people are.

Someone with tech savvy should locate this phone scam bank so they can be raided by the FBI, since this is interstate fraud

I just got a call from these people saying are going to take me to court for a bad check.
I don't have any knowledge of the company they supposedly represent nor the check.
I asked them if I could get some documentation, and they said that I should already
know about since I will be in collection soon and that the company they represent
Patrick Motor is in my local county. They claim to have sent notices to my house.
I have received nothing. The man on the phone said "Are you having a mailing problem
out there?" At this point I hung up.

CALLER LEFT SEVERAL VOICE MESSAGES SAYING THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE MY DAUGHTER ARRESTED FOR A CHECK THAT WAS LEFT UNPAID.... SHES A MINOR DUMB JERKS AND SHE DOESN'T OWN A CHECKING ACCOUNT AND ANY RETURNED OR UNPAID CHECKS GET TURNED INTO THE COUNTY AS THEY SEND DOCUMENTS WITH A PHOTO COPY OF THE BAD CHECK!!! NICE TRY A**LES ON MORE CALL AND i'M GONNA BE THE ONES TO TURN YOU IN!!!

Ms. Marshal called me as well. I told her I wanted a debt validation letter and that she was in violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice ACT) and she immediately hung up on me.

I receive messages all the time from a Kimberly Marshall.  Time sensitive matter that is going to take me to court and possible jail.  A complaint filed against me.  I am at risk for further action and only have 48 hours.   She just wont quit calling!!!!

These people called me about a supposed unpaid payday loan from Great Plains Lending, the guy was abusive in his demeanor and threatened me with jail if the loan was not paid back. He called me a thief and a liar. I hung up and called back and the "supervisor" answered, kinda sounded like the same person except acting like someone else and very very nice and took my complaints seriously saying they are never supposed to threaten people, I believe his name was Mr. West. I know for a fact that you cant be arrested for an unpaid payday loan and what these people do is highly illegal. I have contacted the authorities about this company and let them know this has happened more than once. This is a scam! Do not let these people bully and threaten you! Start asking for their info and mailed copies of the bill you owe, they will come up with every excuse in the book to not provide it.
