You pick up and nobody answers. You call the harassing number and get a Republican/conservative solicitation. Why would they deliberately set up a system to irritate potential donors? "They don't know anything about technology", you say. "They set it up but it doesn't work."

If that's true, how can anyone (even Republicans) be so stupid as to keep it going for TWO YEARS ? There are indications this kind of thing was going on as far back as the Romney campaign.

I get calls from Mike Johnston 213 226 7748 every day. Today, when I called the number back I got a recording telling me how great the Republican Party is. So I think this is just a Republican political harassment call.

I continue to get calls from this "Mike Johnston" every day .. several times a day .. including Sundays... I never answer .. I do not answer calls from people I do not know.. whoever it is never leaves a message.  

Get calls two to four times a day.  We do not answer.

Someone named Mike Johnston called twice and did not leave a message.  As per the last entry in this thread, he ID'd himself as a d****ad for the Repugnican party.

Just got a call from this same number - caller ID says "Mike Johnson" just like the others, and no message left just like the others.

I got a name on caller id --- Mike Johnston.  Nothing else.  I did not answer.

I have been getting calls for about a week at least once a day with this number and also sometimes says private number and others says Mike Johnson.  I tried to call the number and I get a fast busy.  Who is authorized to stop these calls???

I just called this number and there's a recording from The Presidential Coalition, and then the option to be placed on the do- not-call list. Hope it works, the constant calls are annoying.

Same as others' comments. I get calls daily, no one is ever there, and no message is ever left if I don't answer. Very aggravating, especially if I'm trying to sleep late.

Keep getting this call from "Mike Johnston", all hours of the day and night, including early on a Saturday morning as I was trying to sleep in. Not anyone I know, and they don't leave messages. Today I picked up, nobody ever came on the phone, maybe because I did not speak.

They call  our home sometimes up to 4 times a day. Sometimes they just hang up and other times they ask for my husband. When I let them know that he is not home they tell me that they will call back. Last phone call they I asked them if I could help them since my husband is hard to catch at home. They replied, no that they had a message and would try back.

Caller ID says Mike Johnston.  Get this call all the time.  No msg ever left.  Annoying.

Total scam, asked about my security system

scam. they were inquiring about my current alarm system on my home.

Received phone calls and answered.  Nobody there and line was keep on.
