They called work phone asked for me by maiden name. I said this is. And they hung up

Got a call, rolled into voicemail, someone was typing in the background, with a lot of background noise.  Must be telemarketer.  The name on caller ID was "ctel".

they have called 2x today and just hung up

when I answer it is just a hang up
