Kept calling cell phone and running up inutes called m provider and they blocked the calls

I have been inundated with numerous calls from this 213-239-2895 number.  Sometimes when I pick up they don't say anything at all.  Twice I have called back and screamed at them telling them to quit calling my ****ing number and they say thank you, have a nice day....  How the hell can we get them to stop calling once and for all?  This is extremely frustrating especially when we have to pay for every call that comes through.  I've probably had 30 calls this past month.

I reported him to the FTC when he tried to scam me.
He uses mail box companies and callers using spoof numbers such as 213-239-2895 to avoid disclosing his actual location

Don't answer... it may be a credit collector or unsolicited advertiser! Add it to your REJECT list.

I dont answer unkown numbers to begin with so it would be nice to minimize the amount of missed calls from scammers

I've received about 4 calls over the last 2 weeks, but they always hung up before I could answer.  Finally called them back yesterday and they answered with just "hello?", not naming the "business."  She said I had applied for a government grant (the weird part is, I recently DID) and to push it through I just needed to pay $2.95 but they can't do it on their website through a credit card (like everyone else on the planet can).  So she asked for my routing number from my checking account.  Instead of just telling her to F-off, I asked her why I would give that information over the phone when everyone knows not to do that.  Messed with her a while.  ;-P

I don't know how they got my number or knew I had put in for a grant.

got a call on my cell phone. called them back. they had me holding for a while. i called on a landline.  it is a free grant money??????  WTF.  I never called them.  How did they get my cell number

At 2:46pm on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 I received a call from this number (213-239-2895) followed by a hang-up.

Called twice, once looking for my father, asked if I could take a message she said no message and hung up and the second time just hung up.

Received a call from this number and when I said, "Hello."  they hung up.

Received a call from them dec 7, 2009. Can't log in to their website and phone no answer.

I received a call from the Grant Instructor and was pleased to try to have the opportunity to better myself financially but as it turns out, all the people I have talked to about this program is just scamming everyone and you can't get in touch with them to tell them that you have waited a whole week to get your user name and password and nothing happens.
The grantresourceguide is a bunch of crap and I will contact the Better Business Bureau if there is any deduction other than the $1>95..............SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!

I have been getting calls from this number for the last 2-3 weeks.  Never leave voicemail and at least 5-6 calls a day.  I just happened to be home today and answered the called.  She asked for my name, I said yes and asked that they stop calling.  I am so tired of this.

I received a phone call from 1-213-426-2705  they called my house all day long and when I answered she said she was from the U.S. Govt.and also asked for 1.95. I am going to cancel my debit card in the morning. Dont fall for this number either its a scam!

Yes. I received calls from a Jason Crane on Nov. 24 and 25. His rep no. is J102. He said I could get the government grant resource guide with online support at www.thegrantresourceguide.com for 7 days for 1.95 from the call. I thought it was from a previous grant guide request.
I wish I had looked this up earlier. I do hope the customer service number is operable. I just called the customer service number and canceled everything. That number is 1-888-276-8105. The one who answered (Morgan) did not even argue, when I told her I had just read this message and knew this was a scam. She just gave me a cancellation number.

This number has been calling every 30-60 min while I am at work for the past week now.  I am not allowed to answer my cell phone at work so I don't know who it is but they don't leave a message either.  It is really annoying.

Get 12 calls from this number a day for the the last month. They leave no voice mail.

got 6 calls today from this number. Haven't answered my phone. Decided to research it first. I came across this site. Thank Goodness. Now I know for sure I'm not going to answer it.

If you get calls from this number go to your State Attorney General and file complaints. Also file law suits for harassment. Lets put them out of business.

I have called them back and am filing a report with the North Carolina State Attorney Generals office in the morning. Am also filing a law suit for harassment against them in the amount of $5,000,000.

ya as soon as they said we just need a payment of 1.95 to cover the fee, i thought ALERT, ALERT..so i lied and said i dont have a card on me...they insist well you have a family or friend that will pay this, i said no they wont, im at work, they said, ok call back immediately they hang up- and here we are!!

i received 15 calls from that 213-239-2895 yesterday it was a woman answer the phone and today was a man. So it was total 15 calls yesterday and today. The guy name Jason from office of Grant and structure. He said this is money from the government called government grants. I told him dont want anything. So i asked for take my phone number off the list. It was bothering me all day at work. I was more frustrated.

They have called me like 20 times today n when I pick up they say nothing! And no message...my husbands been pranking them over n over now

They keep calling and hanging up and when I tried to call back got a recording. They have tried to call me over 10 times. I am turning them in to the State Attorney General.

For the past few weeks I have been getting 5 or more calls from this number in a day. They never leave a message.
