Allegedly it is some company that helps people find gov grants for school etc., but their rapid-fire calling approach -- virtually harassment -- and leaving no phone messages -- makes one assume they are not very reputable.
I understand sometimes you might get five or ten seconds of "dead air" before the caller starts talking so wait a minute before hanging up.
Once you get a human, be polite and formally request they stop calling if you are not interested in whatever it is they do.

This number has called my boyfriend 12 times today and everytime I answer his phone they hang up on me as well. They have been calling for the past 2 weeks now. I called this number back and they are a grant business but didnt take time to listen to what they had to say..told them to take us off of their list. It was a live person so this should take care of it...hopefully!!

This company calls me from one to three times per day, wasting my expensive minutes!  I've filed multiple reports with the Do Not Call web site, but nothing is being done.

I'm so fkn aggrevated. They have called me 10 times and it's only 1030 am. I'm so mad! I called the number back and stayed on the phone on "hold" for like 7 mins. I was maddddd! UGH! So I called the national do not call list. =)

This number continues to call nummerous times throughout the day, and even after talking to an agent to stop the calls they still continue to do so.

I got 12 calls in last 4 hours.   Little pushy.  Call originated from L.A., CA.

Why do they keep calling and hanging up when I answer?  Who are these people?

This number has called 15 times today. Globalreach international...the frequency is increasing everyday and pissing me off.  I'll end up answering and telling them off, because I don't believe they will stop on their own. I need the national do not call list/number.  They even called two minutes before 9!

I hate the calls, but when I'm here I make it a game......I say "harrow" til they hang up . I almost can't wait for them to call again lol

I have been getting calls from this company every 20 minutes for the past two days I continue to tell them to stop calling and they continue to do so. This is Harassment.

As far as I know, I have not been getting alot of harassing calls today lately.  (So far!!)  I hope and pray it stays that way!!!  The first and last call came in this morning at 8:04 a.m. on caller ID:  GLOBALREACH INT, 213-239-2898.  This was the same company and number that kept coming in these past few days.

i've been asking for the last 3 days for them to stop calling me. talked with 2 supervisors and they don't care. 2 times when i asked for them to stop calling me the reps hung up the phone. The last supervisor told me that if they continue to call,then to sue the company. yeah rite

When it started asking for alot of bank account info I told the library to check it out it had a virus or something that was causing the link to pop up. I suspect the number has something to do with stealing peoples identities (which is what the virus was trying to do). Anyway it does the same thing that yall are descrbing to me. I am trying to file formal charges against the company or person that owns the number.

From 8:17am to 3:03pm eastern time, I received THIRTEEN CALLS from these A***OLES.  They are on the caller ID as:  Global Reach International.  I answered...they ask for me BY NAME...then plug me into a prerecorded message to apply for grants.  They say *this call is being recorded*.  I spoke to them ONCE today, after the 5th call, and told them to remove my number from their calling list.  Obvisouly, they still continued to call.  ironically, while I was HERE, looking to see if they're bothering OTHER people, they called AGAIN.  (for the THIRTEENTH TIME).  I was indignant, and used foul language, and told them I was actually busy on Google REPORTING them.  My next step will be the national do not call registry at      donotcall.gov      I would suggest ALL of you do the same.
