Wrong number

It was a hang-up call when I personally answered on Tues. afternoon 11-4-08, election day.

got this call 2 times now in last 3 days.  Woman comes on then hangs.

Just got this call. They asked if I had voted yet and I said "No, I'm going after work." They then said that I should vote for Obama and Franklin. I said that we have a "Franken" running, but no "Franklin". I said that I was voting republican and they hung up on me. Just goes to show that the dem. party only has idiots working for them!!

I got this call as well noone there when I answered and was just p*ssed off so searching to see where it was coming from.

call came in on my cell so no name, just a number.  second time in 2 days.  i typically don't answer #'s i don't recognize unless they're local or unless they keep calling back.  i've been getting a lot of "wrong numbers" lately, so i think someone got a new cell number and probably typed it in an online form wrong.

pushing Al Franken again. I have had several calls last Friday.

Just received another call from this number but this time there was only silence.  I am also registered on the "Do Not Call List" but I read on their website that it only refer to solicitors.

Just got a call from this number, too!  I answered and it went to a voice mail.  How does that work??  Ughh, are they going to keep calling me??

Received a call from this number Sunday at 12:32 p.m.  Didn't pick up, no message was left.  It was my cell #, which is registered on the national Do Not Call List.

Just got a call from this number. I said hello twice, got silence for about 15-20 seconds in return, then some shifting and a hanging up noise. Kinda freaky.

they just called here from 213 251 7800 (caller ID said LA CTY FED OF) and said they were calling from my Union. She asked us to vote for Obama and Gregoire. too bad i already Voted for McCain and Dino Rossi. I must be the only republican firefighter in washington

Just got called from this number but didn't answer.  Left no message just the same ID info everyone else seems to have "L A Cty Fed of"..according to my area code finder it is from downtown LA, Calif.

A woman said she was calling for "the union" and asked if I planned to vote on Tues.  Then told me to tell my friends to vote for Obama and for Al Franklin - I'm in MN, and it's not Franklin, it's Franken.  They could at least get the names right!

We just got a call from this number, telling us to vote, and Obama needs our support.

I just received an unwanted call from this number.  I did not answer nor did they leave a message.  I Googled the number, which is how I wound up here.  
Additionally, I Googled the information of 'L A CTY FED OF' that showed up in my CID, to which Google offered the following suggestion:  'L A COUNTY FED OF' since the 213 area code was one of the very first in California and the very first return on the Google query is the LA County Federation of Labor, AFL/CIO - perhaps it is possible that the Union is using purchased lists and an automated dialer to make some of those annoying 'get out and vote' calls??

I received a call on my cell phone from 213-251-7800. Did not answer. Decided to google... wonder how they got my cell #?

I received a call from 213-251-7800, ID said its LA Cty Fed Of, i picked up no answer just hung up, I called them back, just rang 20 times, never answered, no voicemail or answer service...

someone just called me and asked for Mrs. Davilla too?  so weird

Got a call yesterday from this number asking for a Mrs. Davilla. I told them there was no one here by that name and they ahd the wrong number.

Tonight I got a call, and they asked for Reuben.

I explained to them that they are calling a wrong number and to take me off their list.

The man then said "well what number did I call", I said to him "you tell me",  he then said "no I am ax-ing you what number".  I then hung up.

I got two calls, one from a woman asking for me, another from a man, when I said hello, he said he had the wrong # and hung up,  Caller ID had LA CTY FED OF

We just received a call from the same number.  I answered just as the answering machine did and the call was disconnected; it was probably an automated call.  Our caller id said: LA City Off.  I googled what I had of the caller id and the number and didn't find anything. 10/27/08 7pm
