Keeps calling me, leaves no message, I call back. & they ask me to verify the last 4 numbers of my SSN which I will NEVER give out. I ask to stop being called & they asked for my phone number. Then they ask for a letter of confirmation or something to verify I wanna stop being called. They better not call again or else!....

it is for Commonwealth Financial Services (www.necredit.com). Debt collection.  I didn't answer, but called back.  I have no outstanding debt, so I hung up after listening to that.  

I answered this on the third ring, whoever it was immediately disconnected the call.  I called the number back.  The electronic answering machine identified the company as Commonwealth Financial Services.  As I have no open accounts that are not current, I don't know the reason for the call.

After about 50 calls from this number, I finally answered...

This number keeps calling for Carlos. Every time I tell them "Carlos" is not at this number, they keep calling back and never remove me from their system.

Has been calling once a week for 3 weeks. Never leaves a message so I never picked up.

Keeps calling no message.  Even when I pick up the call, it's an immediate disconnect.  Such a hassle since they call inconveniently during work hours.

Mine too. Called them back on my landline and told them to stop. Receptionist said I was "ignorant".
