An officer that goes by the name brad king (not important) said that I owe $3976.98 and that he would arrest if I don't pay him now. He had a thick indian accent. He said that he would arrest me and my wife if we don't pay. He said he was from the IRS. That call was ridiculous becaus you can't get arrested for not paying taxes (unless you owe over $1,000,000) . The call was obliviously a scam because I called my tax collecter and he said that I payed all the taxes. Someone should arrest these people

I have received the same phone call it' all a scam.  I told them that I wanted to bring them a payment in person so that I can get a receipt.  I also asked for a address.  He got nervous and hung up.

I have received several "unknown" calls with two voice mails (which I saved). The voice mail is a male with a strong Middle East accent saying "Officer Peter Black with the investigative center". This person has also threatened me with the police coming to my address as well as saying a ss#. It can be heard in the background a bunch of people with the strong accents saying the same thing to various people. The person does not tell me what the reason for me being arrested nor does he say where he is located etc. but gives me this phone number. It is a major scam and I will be reporting it to the police, and FBI. Of course, I have received these types of calls with message from the same person with a different name and the same threats.

Just got another from this number.  Have not seen this number in awhile.  Of course I told this idiot that I wasn't who I was and that I didn't have this number anymore.  He wanted to know where "she" was at.  Told him again the same thing.  He started calling me a f****ng bi*** several times.  Told him that he had to stop calling this number and that he was an a**.  And then told him I was going to the cops and hung up.  These people need to stop this!  Getting nuts!

This "office Mike Johnson tried to scam me on the payment..DONT DO IT!!!!!! when I wen on this website I asked t speak with the other "Officers".. He asked why I needed to speak with them...."red flag #1...then he got aggitated that I asked to hold to speak to them (James Baker or Brad King)... he threatend me and said he would call my job... so I used the website (FC3.gov) to report him.

Had 2 calls this morning from unknown number, but I'm sure it's from these same people.  The first time I didn't answer, but the second time I did.  Told the person I was not Colleen(but I am) and that she doesn't have this number anymore and after about 40 seconds they hung up!  Have not had anymore calls for the rest of the day!!  It was great!!!

this same thing happened to me! james or tim (couldnt understand the accent) jordan. called and said i owed money. i dont answer and he leaves a message saying how much of a legal mess ill be in if i dont call back and pay money. says that if i dont call, he will forward my case to my local police department with a warrant for my arrest. i agree, this really needs to stop...

I had another "officer" call me at my place of business last night.  And again this morning and he was the one hanging up on me.  When I told him that it was against the law for him to call my place of business he told me that he would not call there anymore.  But then in the same breath he told me was going to call there and I would be losing my job.  Told him no I wouldn't and I have turned in this number and the names who have called me.  I have talked to real officers and they gave told me that I shouldn't worry about it. I am getting tired of these phone calls.  Told him that I don't have the money to pay this.  I have told them that they need to stop calling me.  Also told him I would like to see papers of the actual company and he told me that he couldn't cause my "stuff" was in a file.  Until I pay this off then I would I would get this stuff.  If they were going actually have me arrested they would have done it months ago.  It just needs to stop.

I received a phone call from an "Officer" James Jordan saying that I owe money.  And asked if I had ever been arrested before.  Told him that I have never been arrested.  I had asked him with what company it was with that I owed this money to he told whatever company it was.  Couldn't understand him with his thick Indian accent.  He wanted me to pay it off right then yesterday.  Told him I don't have the money.  Also told that if I could do a payment plan and told him an amount he laughed at me.  He started yelling at me and I was dishing it right back.  He told me that he couldn't take that amount and told me to keep that money.  He was going to talk to his "attorney" and that he would call me back.  He did call back but I didn't answer.  He wanted me to go get one of those Greenpak(money cards) from Wal Mart and send $100.  This needs to stop happening.  I told him that it was harrassment and that it's against the law of him and these people constantly calling.

They have been calling me not only on my cell phone but at work also.  Saying they will have me arrested if I don't pay off on a payday loan that should already be paid off.  That they will have an officer either come to my place of business or my home.  When I tell them that I don't have the money they keep threating me.  I tell them that what they are doing is against the law they don't listen.  They call every so often every couple of months.  It needs to stop right away.  They also tell me they are "officers" and they work for a investagative center.

I received a call from a Officer Brad King, saying i owe money to him or something bad is going to happen to me. I have been receiving these types of calls 3 -4 times a day from strong accent men threatening jail time.

Hi got a call from this guy, name eric johnson, to call him back at 213 261 5817. That I had a problem. And had to call him back. This must be a scam

I received a call from an officer brad king.  You notice I did not capitalize any of that name or title.  It is so not important.  I made up some numbers and told him that I filed bankruptcy and he cursed at me and told me I need to pay them. I asked him for the account number and the phone number of the company that I owe and he gave me an old bank account number and he went on to quote my address and I told him I used to live there and I no longer have that bank account number.  It is surprising what they can get off the internet when you buy and order stuff of line!  I told him that I wanted to call the company myself and let them know of my bankruptcy. He said NO! He said I needed to make arrangements to pay them now and I said they were included in my bankruptcy! He slammed the phone down!!! And yes, he had an Indian accent!!!

I got nine calls in a row until I answered and a man w/an India accent said I had an outstanding loan w/a company called USA Loan.  He had my ss# and my bank name.  He started asking me if I had ever been arrested and a lien was out on my ss# for check fraud and other ridiculous accusations.  When I asked him who he was calling from again, he started yelling at me and saying he would call me employer and have me fired, etc.  I hung  up on the guy.

I got the same type of call, but he said his name was officer James Baker.  I don't owe anyone money and tlod him not to call back.  He hung up.

I received 3 calls from this person at my work.  When I told them to stop calling he screamed at me and said he will call back and speak with my supervisor.  Also- 3 calls at home form this number today.

I got a message at work stating that i was going to be arrested and that i had better call back immediately. Very strong accent could hardly understand him

This number keeps calling me at work stating I owe money to them and I don't even know who this company is. He gives me the name of Office Mike Johnson but he has an India accent.
