Got a call from a John Scotts , can't understand him. He is threatening me and my social security number. Will not say what for and now calling my place of work when I'm not there. I'm writing the BBB and who ever else will listen.

I have gotten over500 messages  saying I am going to be arrested by federal Officers   I found out when I told the person who called me to shut down the noise and get me an english speaking person
He told me the calls  come from India  thru a device called Magic Jack they are a scam said if I would agree to $50.00/month they would take my name off of the list

I also received a call however it went to my voice mail;  message the same "there is a federal case against me." I tried to reverse search the phone number, but not finding any information.  I did not call back.  No name on the caller id - just the same phone number.

They called me left a message saying there was some legal action against my name an social number. I called back lady that answered phone told me it was a mistake So I started to yell saying they can't leave a message like that she said she would let me talk to a manger I was lft on hold.I hung up called back, she kept hanging up on me, finally a guy answered tried to get info from me I said you called me we yelled at eachother he wouls not give me the company name and siad to me mama then something could not understand him and said have a nice weekend then hung up on me

I got a call from them too the lady who answered asked me for my info I told her you called me and she said they made a mistake and said she was going to let me talk to the manager was left on hold when I called back she kept hanging up on me finally a guy answered and started to yell at me and yelled at them,

I had this number call me at work and at home stating that they were serving me with papers for a bad debt. At first they were a collection agency and then later they answered as a law firm called Marshall and Fieldman. They will not give me first names and none of them speak english!! They are very hard to understand.  We had a VERY HEATED conversation and they got upset with me and kept hanging up the phone so I kept calling back. They told me I was being sued by Cash Advance USA in the amount of 500.00. When I asked when I had even took out a loan with these people, they told me they could not release any information... Later on they told me a month and year and that I had it electronically deposited to my bank!!!!! They have both of my phone numbers (work and home) as well as my banking account number. My husband is a lawyer, so he called them back and they wanted his bar number.... when he would not give it to them they got very upset. They will not provide us with an address so that we can send them "some" papers and they will not fax any information to us so that we can "settle" this debt that we don't know anything about. When i asked for their employer identification number they gave me one after two hours of me HARASSING them. I am going to search it tomorrow and see if it is real. They will not answer the phone now.  Do NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AND CONTACT THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE TO FILE A FRAUD CLAIM!!!! These kinds of people will ruin you and make you so mad you can't see straight!! By the end of my conversation with michael Brown and Lisa WIlliams they told me NOT to call back anymore.... I plan on harassing them the same way they are doing me until I get the information that I need and trace their number!!!

same thing, this Kevin Johnson is now harassing my work. I have not had a change to rip him a new a**hole, but when I do it's on! Leaving messages like the one he left for me at work (with a third party) is b***s*** & let's just say I wish I knew where the b*****d lives. :) Do not respond to fraud calls such as this one! Just tell them to nicely go away & if that doesn't work, tell them to f*** off & report it... somewhere.. who knows where & who knows what you can do about this. Wish there was more help for people like us out there, this all started after I put an add up on Craigslist with my first name & home phone number, so just be careful what info. you put online. I know I've learned my lesson. He basically talks really slow like a f'ing dumb a** & then says someone is suing me. Whatever, no one has any reason to sue me.. They basically are just another annoying fraud scam trying to get you to cough up your SS# & other personal information by scaring you! They call 3 or 4 times a day & now my work is upset with me, because they keep calling there too! WTF!

Has left several messages with threatening tone stating legal matter and serious allegations brought against me but will not provide me with written documentationg concerning the matter.  They call several times a day AND have called my work number after I have stated that I am not allowed personal phone calls.  They continue to call.  A couple of times, they blocked the number I guess thinking I might pick up that way since I know who they are now.
