Got tired of them calling and finally called back.  Recorded message comes on and says that you've reached the marketing department but all agents are busy.  It gave you the option of pressing one to be added to their do not call list so I did...message then indicated that I'd be added to the do not call list within 24 hrs.  We'll see if it works.

this caller constantly call me. he/she is a a nuisance

I used to do those, but don't recall any REQUIRING your phone number.  Or, if they did, I probably just put in an area code and the number for Directory Assistance.  I do that frequently on places that have NO need for my number.  I figure, after they get charged enough times for calling it, they'll figure it out!

I got a call and they offered an $800 gift card to Walmart if I would pay $4.95 for shipping.  They said they were from Family Saver.  I have never done business with any company close to that name.
Be aware I think it is a scam.

Your fence-picketing of exclamation points is wasted here. Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You cannot expect compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

Now that you've practiced your no-call request here, deliver it to the actual caller, which does not maintain this site or this web page. How you handle this depends on the type of caller and what's been said, which for the readers would have been very useful information to share. That is the function of a mystery caller site.

NOT! Calling them back only gives then verification they got a live number, same as pressing 3,9 or what ever they chose to say will put you on their dnc list!  Never answer calls you don't know or recognize the number, pick up and hang up asap, report them!

These sleaze balls call me all of a sudden ALWAYS at 745 in the morning or close to 9pm at night.  
I finally blocked them via mrnumber.  And told them to stop calling.  BTW if you tell them to stop calling and they don't you can file a claim with the FTC at 2,000 a pop.  Just saying the trouble might be worth a little hassle.

They called me 3 times on Tuesday within a 3 hours period, then on Wednesday they managed to call me 4 or 5 times.  I was finally so fed up with them, I decided to have some fun of my own.  I used an Arnold Schwarzenegger soundboard when they called.  The lady was so mindless, she didn't even realize she was being pranked right in her face.  After about 3 minutes of an automated Schwarzenegger talking to her, and Arnold saying "Who Is Your Daddy, And What Does He Do?" she finally decided to hang up.  I haven't heard from them since, problem solved.

I got 10 calls from this number and I have no idea who it is.if someone knows please let us know? this has to stop.

This 2132895584 called constantly. Finally I called them back and got a automated message. It said to press the number 1 to be taken off their list within 24 hours
Hopefully its not just BS. If they do call again I will threaten them with the FCC and the BBB.

I am getting multiple calls every day from this number. No one answers. I want this to stop immediately

unfortunately, i filled out those stupid online survey thing several times that say they will pay you for your opinion...be aware...dont fall for that SCAM!  Now im paying the price and this stupid number is calling me.

You all should know by no it is the NSA calling you there about to loose their jobs so .... they make money on the side from all those numbers harvested from your phone companies just put add on your voice mail ask for their visa card number.

The number 1-213-289-5584 has called me twice today, and I do not know who it is but I wish they would stop calling.  They have no business in calling me, and I wish they would stop it now.

Oh, I see they changed tactics and are using the old Walmart scam now.

I see some have reported them to the FTC, I have contacted the FCC, they have a report to fill out and having a magic jack, it makes it easy to reference the days and times they've called.  I don't really know the difference between the FTC and FCC and how they handle these things, but I've used to FCC before and the calls from other companies stopped shortly after.  They also, through a follow up email, inform you that you can file a lawsuit for up to $1500 for violating your "Do not call" directive.  Too damn you can't leave them a message informing them that you'd follow through with that.  But, I'll just be happy when they stop this bull crap.  They are nothing but thieves.  From what I understand, they give you some spiel about free gov money, but they need a credit card to do it.  How these b*****ds don't end up in prison is beyond me, even if they are in India, we have a trade agreement with the country and they are using an American company to disseminate their calls after all.

2312895584 called I answered once, the female said I am going to be given $100 then i stopped listening.  I hung up called back and pressed the number to be put on the do not call list they supposedly have.  They called again numerous times after that.  I called back a few times and repeated the push this number to be on our do not call list.  So they called again today, when I called back after they called me, the message cuts off and won't allow me to be put on the do not call list they have.  I even answered again and told the female to stop calling.   Fishy and these people need to get a life.

After a half dozen calls I finally waited for them to pick up on their side after I answered and told them to take me off their list. Hopefully it worked!

STOP CALLING

They called me asking for my credit card number, saying They are shipping me a Walmart gift card for $200.00, and all i have to pay is the shipping. i hung up on them.

I have noticed an increase in these annoying telemarketer calls in the  last couple days. I believe the cause is the bogus "giveaway" from Candy Crush Saga  that Facebook continuously splashed all over our pages last week.
We didn't get the promised giveaway but instead the gift that doesn't stop giving MARKETERS!! Thank you FACEBOOK and CANDY CRUSH SAGA!!!!
