keep getting calls from 213-290-2223. I  don't answer cause i don't know the #. I called it back takes me straight to voice mail

Phone calls , calls once no voice mail.
Women with bad accent Asked for me, knew my name and middle name. But didn't say my last name.
Don't let them know it's you tell them they have the wrong number.

Also first time they called , it said google something . Total scam and when I told them i didn't know who the person was they immediate hung up !!! So rude!

Those irritating calls stopped after BOTH PROPOSITIONS WERE DEFEATED in November California elections. Screw those guys and screw their crappy boiler room call center. I hoped those fat b*****ds lost a lot of money!

I've been getting calls from this number quite often - it's blocked but they still leave voice mails.

I'd go to bandwidth.com but i don't want to give them my number again.  Better to do an FCC complaint and let the feds know they're breaking the law.

I received about ten calls from this number and did not answer. The calls came on different days. I finally answered and a woman asked for me by name. I confirmed my name and the woman whispered something then hung up.

This was a political call to voters asking people to vote Yes on prop 30 and No on prop 32.

I have been receiving calls from this number (213) 290-2223 at least a couple of times a day, sometimes more, over the last two weeks and on weekends.

I've gotten 5 calls from this number since yesterday morning. No message, and I refuse to answer these calls because I've heard the telemarketers track when you answer and call you back at the time.

Now when these Jokers call I don't say anything...perhaps they're fishing for background noise? Information of some kind? Preposterous! D'ya think!? Definitely preposterous, rhymes with hippopotamus...but look at the number of idiots in the intelligence community (so-called) looking for new psychological angles to make a name for themselves. Well I'm here to say there are already plenty of names for themselves--the answers are within and up-in themselves.

I have also received several calls from 213-290-2223 and the same thing, nobody ever talks and they won't leave a message.  Today they called again and asked for me by name then they hung up.

I did some research and the number belongs to a phone service provider called BANDWIDTH.COM.  If you are receiving calls from this number and want it to stop, follow these steps:

Not related to any ap  - this company calls all #'s  -    wish there was a way to trace the number without having to pay a fee to do so.

have received calls from this number at least 3 - 4 times a day.    No one on other end, got a hangup if I answered.

This is a political firm based in Fresno calling about California ballot propositions 30 and 32. They want people to vote for Prop 30 (tax increase) and against Prop 32 (banning union political donations). I suspect they're targeting registered Democrats. I have no idea how they got my unlisted number, but they asked for me by name. Call was brief, the caller was very polite.

effiminate male called and asked me if I knew Drew Cary was the spawn of satan.....I told him everybody knew that and he sheepishly agreed with me. The he asked me if I was a top or bottom???? Of what? He must be nuts....or had some in his mouth.j

Keep getting calls from this number but no one answers when I say hello.  Very strange indeed.

I just got a call from the number. A male voice asked if he could speak with me, by name. I said "This is [my name]." He said something that sounded like "Actually, this is a test." and hung up.

Received a few missed calls from this number. I answered one yesterday but didnt say anything and heard loud noise in the background. Finally answered today (received two calls today) and heard the loud noise in the background again, then the guy asked for me by name. I asked who was calling and he hung up.

Strange I got a call from this number and they were asking me about a misprint or something with my voting ballots. I thought it was a fake call and stuff, but they knew my name.

I've had missed calls from this number at least once a day for the last week.  They never leave a voicemail.  I answered today and it's people calling to get you to vote a certain way on Props in the upcoming election.  They asked for me by first name.  I cut the lady off partway through her script and told her I'm not a registered voter.  She seemed confused and asked if I lived in Rancho Cucamonga.  I said no, I've moved and didn't register at my new address so I'm not eligible to vote in this election.  Seems like they're calling some sort of list of register voters.

I just got a call from this number for the third time this week, and haven't answered it. I called back and their voicemail recording is shuffling in the background. Is there any way to report this number somehow? Maybe the person calling needs a friend?

They keep calling and they called me last week and my dad picked up and he (my dad) said I wasn't around and they hanged up. I called back and got the machine saying "They are not available and to leave a message." Its a scary thing as well
