Called late at night and knew my first name.... creepy. It was a recorded message from "Gary Moyer" of 'Federal Debt Settlement'. The caller ID said Unidentified Caller, Sounds like a scam.

This number called at 10:30 PM (!) to my home phone with a RECORDED message! They left the name of Gary Moyer and the name of a company...'Federal Debt Settlement'. and phone number 213-291-4340.
I have had no previous contact with this company and my number is on the NO CALL LIST!
I returned the call to the above number and got another recorded message.

Getting calls from this number several times a day and now late at night when we are in bed.. It is a recorded call.... I Called and left a message that we are on the no call list and do not appreciate getting calls in the middle of the night.. We will see what happens. The recording said they will call me back!
