I got a call from this number --- caller ID just shows "Los Angeles CA"

The guy spoke with an accent like that from India and he said he was calling about 'Windows' for my computer.  I told him this number was on the DNC list and he was violating the Federal Law,  He said 'oh so sorry miss" & hung up!

We have also received calls from this number and no one responds when you say hello. Weird that we are getting phone calls from this number and another CA phone number around the same time. Annoying.

i got a call today from this company...no message left either...been too lazy/busy to call back..

I got a phone call from 1-213-292-9012 (Los Angeles, CA) and didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my answering machine. Must be a scam and I won't answer if they try again either. So glad I have caller id.

I got a call from this number abt 20 minutes after I got one from 214-838-9012.  I didn't answer either and neither left a message, but it is probably no coincidence both numbers end in 9012.  It reeks of scam.

Same, heard the contest message. I think it's a scam. I hung up.

Just got a call from this number that said I won 2 round trip tickets to any major US city b/c of a form filled out last year.

I got the same message! I hung up too. Strange.

I answered, and a recorded message informed me that a form that I or one of my family members filled out last year was selected to receive a free 3-day vacation to Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, or San Diego.  Press 1 to redeem prize.  I hung up.  Message did not identify the company.

Received a call @ 1:36pm CST from this number. No message left

Called, no answer, then hung up.  Did WhitePages.com reverse look-up and no information was found. Funny someone else just posted this number here a few hours ago.

Called twice in 2 hours with hang up and no msg. left.
