same happend to me today they wanted to buy my car for my listed price on craigslist and they never seen my car drove it ect...  ive never met any 1 wanting to buy a car without seeing it or driving it SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I was called, I was told there was a payday loan company suing me and they were the people collecting the money to avoid everything from going to court.  They kept veryifing my name and last four digits of my SS# so I assumed it was legit.  I however could not understand the man so I told him that and he said that he would mail me the info...that was Monday, and today is Thursday, I will be interested to see what happens!

My son turned 18 and got a new bank account at chase bank, then he got a 300.00$ capital one credit card to start building his credit. Anyway this scam company full of poor english speaking morans kept calling telling him that he had borowed 300.00$ from a pay day loan company wich he never did. So i took one of the calls pretending to be him, and this guy was rude and very pushy telling me that i owed them 300.00$ now or they would take me to court for 3000.00$. After doing some research i found enough info to believe this might be a scam. At this point i had an employee along with myself keep calling the 213-293-6075# we called all day acting like lawyers and i even put a jjihaad on them from that movie TEAM AMERICA they were getting so pissed of with us that they would turn off their phones for a while then turn them back on and then we would blow them up for a couple more hours. At one point i called again pretending to be my son again and they told me that they were sorry and we would not be receiving any more calls from them. So if they call you then blow them up and in a round about way let them know it's you. it should work good luck....:-)

THEY CALL CONTINUOUSLY...I TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE PHONE AND STICK IN HIS _____ AND MAYBE U CAN GET A CONVERSATION, BUT I HANG UP EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY CALL....

Got several calls fro the same company same MO Payday Loan  Co said they have all my info
and that I have a warrant they wanted to know my intentions  they had my address bank info but only the routing no no account no# they didn't have all my info But thats what they were trying to get.

I'm goin thru the same thing they have all my information even my new address how is that possible when i never applied for a loan. and keep calling me all times of the night talking about there is a warrent in NEW YORK issued for my arrest......

This number keep calling me stating that there will be a warrent issued in New York for my arrest for a loan i never recieved and they have all my information even my new address i just moved to. They been harrassing me for the last 2yrs, and this has to stop and they have my information i need help.

Just so you know if the number calles you more then twice a day it is against FCC codes and they are breaking a federal law just by making more then two calls a day. If it is really a collection agency they have to say " this is an attempt to collect a debt any information you give us will be used in the collection of such debt". You can and should file a complaint with the FCC and the FBI fraud unit. You can win money when they call more then twice in one day.

Called the hospital I work in and tied up all 6 incoming lines for 40 minutes hitting redial...very dangerous since none of the medical calls could come in or out--must use a computer auto-dialer or something,  MDs had to use cells to make and take patient calls.  This is irresponsible of these scammers...they could really disrupt operations for their prank.

Seriously, Paul White should definitely learn the PROPER english language. He has been harassing me non stop with phone calls. If I owe money, oh well let my credit get ruined. No one has ever been arrested for having debt. Everytime he calls I literally go off on this Indian person and he doesn't give up. I think it's time for a number change.

These people won't quit calling my work.  First they say that there is a lawsuit against me and that the case will be going to court in the next couple of days if I don't pay them right now.  I have asked for a hard copy of the lawsuit, but they have never provided me with one.  I finally had to put a block on my phone from their number, but they still harass me at work and won't quit calling.  I have checked all my creditors and none of them have filed anything against me.

am going through the same thing. my boss just called and said they were being threatening and have already called 5 times today! they even can make it show up on your cell as your work, home or any number they have on your file to pop up as the incoming call. they even had it popping up as emergency call 911!!! wtf??? isnt that illegal?

I've had calls from them int he past too.  Calling my cellphone non stop and calling my work.  They told me they had a lawsuit filed against me, and I had to pay up.  I told them I work for a law firm, so send the documents over so I can see them.  Click!

I just started receiving the same calls from US Affidavit  at 213.293.6075  saying I owe them $300 from an unpaid pay day loan. An arrest warrant has been issued and the attorney will stop by employment place (yes, same language issues as everyone else states).  I am not planning on returning their call.

These people are insane. I don't owe any debts yet they still harass me . THey call my job threatening warrants. THey have a thick accent and do not speak a lick of English. I could hear another man in the background coaching the man to yell obscenitites at me.

Same problems... Keeps calling I tried to give him my attorneys number  didn't want that... Have blocked his number from my cell phone.

These people kept calling me I had my fill and called them back. It's one person with an Indian accent who when confronted yells obscenities. To get a end result I called back with a blocked number and posed as a lawyer attempting to get info in order to proceed w/ a lawsuit. i spoke to the same person and he alleged this was a law firm, he couldn't give a valid address in Los Angeles when asked and tried to get off the phone quickly.. This guy should be hung from his balls & if I ever run into this person...well guess the rest..He is a FRAUD, crook & if anyone has the time they should find this person and bring him to justice..Of Any Sort..;.

same here,,, they are middle eastern scammers they get your name and info from fishing on the net  trust me they have all my personal info, i had to close my checking acc due to them having all my info,,,  they pose as police over the phone,,,,  they need to be stopped
