Got a call from 213-325-3205 this afternoon at 2:15pm.  I started getting phone calls after posting a resume on CareerBuilder.  I notified CareerBuilder and asked how well they screen their job postings before putting online.  No response, surprise, surprise.  It's really too bad that stuff like this happens to innocent people just looking for a decent job.

I got the same call after sending my resume through Career Builder @ 10:35 AM.  What a way to keep my line busy in case a REAL offer comes through!!

I got the same phone call.  I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number.  Thank god I didn't.

I got a call from this number last night at 7:30pm and it turned out the be the HR department for some resume service contracted by Lockeed Martin to review job applicants.

I got a call from 213-325-3205 telling me to hold the line so I could talk to someone about the resume I submitted for the Lockheed Martin Job. Unfortunately, I fell for the scam early and actually applied for the job. Went to the website and gave them some info. Dont remember if that included SSN or not. Anyway, when they called I figured I would wait for someone to answer. I sat on hold for about 3 mins before finally hanging up. I wanted to see what they wanted and how far this thing would go. I am warning all of the people I work with about this one.

Got a call on 3/11/08 from VeriResume with a prospective position with Lockheed Martin defense center here in New Orleans, LA. they did an on the spot resume update but the curious thing is they ask what my cell phone carrier was. They took info from me which was already posted on Careerbuilders, monster & yahoo job sites. This young lady told me they had been hired by Lockheed Martin to do the initial HR work & in a couple of days a HR Specialists would call me with the next step to applying with Lockheed. I decided to call Lockheed's HR directly & they are referring this to their legal team. These people are not associated with Lockheed in any way, shape or form. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I had not read this site before but I am glad I did not give them any serious information. This is a horrible scam, people out there are looking for employment & to have these scam artist trying to further destroy you is unreal. There is a special place in hell for people like this.

I received a call from 213-325-3205 this morning at 6:20 a.m.  I looked it up online first before responding back.  I am glad I did. How do these companies get away with this crap!!!  Thanks

Thanks for the warning. I just got a call from this number.  They didn't leave a voice mail, so I googled the number. I am glad to know this is a scam. The job boards need to do something about this. I get contacted at 10 times a week from someone who found my resume off monster or careerbuilder offering me a job. I want to do something b/c it is driving me crazy.

I received a call today, but there was no message except a lady's voice mumbling something very quickly. I could not understand what she said.

I got the same email about a week ago but mine said it was for Lockheed Martin - I just got 'the call' and figured it was a scam when they wanted me to hold for someone to talk to me, that is never a good lead in. I'm glad I searched the number before I waited all day to talk to someone.

My first encounter was with a reply from "Lockheed-Martin", which I did apply a week prior. But the job response was for an "administrative assistant" as I had extensive qualifications in this area..... funny! I had administrative experience via the military. In any case, I went to the site and saw it was a headhunter site, but had no dedicated job, so I filled out the questionnaire. I responded no to "wanting info on further education" etc. which made me feel very uncomfortable. Pressing continue, I got a response that my administrative assistant job application was in process with L-M HR.

A week later I got a voicemail to call back for this great job opportunity. I then googled and found this site.

Today, however, I got a call from 213-325-3205 (saturday morning?) regarding my L-M application (which I am still hoping for) and then was put immediately on hold. I again googled the number and came to this site...

I never gave personal info other than name, email and phone, and I am curious how they make money. Anyway, I am very glad than there are many that posted as it was very quick to find this scam. Thanx much!

Please be careful People.

I started receiving emails from :lockheed Martin: a few days ago and today the phone calls started. I spoke to someone and they didnt ask for my ss#, just verification of my degrees and if i wanted to continue my education. I am suppose to receive a call back from the "Human resources manager" to set up my interview. These scammers are getting more and more advanced. Can't these employment sites that we are suppose to trust do something more to prevent this? Heck...Maybe I am in the wrong business...if it is this easy to get dooped!

same here!  i just got a call from this number saying they were from lockheed marting, yada, yada, yada.  the recording said they'd transfer me to a rep but then I got an HR recording saying they weren' t even open until 10am. No way to leave a message.

what can be done to STOP these calls???  better yet get them out of our lives???

same stuff i think the emails from Lockheed Martin and bunch of other companies are all this ecareerbuilder.com i think? but i got fished into filling out and saying no to all this school stuff then i just get a call from the number that asked me to hold which is 213-325-3205 and they said it was about the job at lockheed martin they wanted to verify... that place did take my ss# i think, just like coca cola and our county sites do to apply so i have to look at my credit monitor daily now.. froom now on, take off all your persona information on your online resumes, put a generic email for someone to contact you, no telephone number. dont even name the co's you worked for, that can be furnished later.. dont even put your full name on your resume's just a last initial and that upon verfication this is a real co. offer or employment then you can furnish other information.

I have not received any emails, but I did receive a missed call on my cell phone.  I called the number back it was automated and all the HR representatives were busy.  When I got the automated message and the times their office was open (Eastern Time) I knew something was up so I goggled the number and found this site.  Thank you for whom ever started this and letting everyone know that it was a scam.

I got a call just now on my cell phone. I, too, have been getting the emails as well.

Can you tell us what link they sent you?  This needs to be stopped, and I'd like to use the link to try and help put an end to these calls.

I get calls from this # daily---never answer it though.  I don't anwer number I don't know.  I think I'll nswer it next time and tell them that they are being sued cause I'm on the National Do Not Call List.

They call me daily.. i am tired of the calls and threats.. can someone stop this?
