I got an e-mail from this company that said they were looking for a "Customer Relations Representative" for Wachovia investments. They didn't get any personal information, but they got my phone number before I realized it was a scam. Today, about two later, they called me and some recording told me to wait to talk to a customer service representative. The person came on and asked "Who am I speaking to?" I said, "Your company called me, you should know who I am." They guy on the phone started laughing and said,"Is this how we're gonna start the call?" I told him I knew what he was doing and told him a lot of stuff that I'm not going to post on this site out of respect. He was trying to get a work in edge-wise but I hung up on him.

I had a similiar call from Employment Select and unfortunatley gave my email address to confirm I was the person they were calling for the Relationship Manager position at Wachovia.  I received an an email from veriresume.com shortly that wanted me to post a resume on-line and fill out information.  Both the phone call and web site are a scam!  Do not give them any information or you will be called and emailed endlessly.  It is a shame that people who are actually looking for work must be subjected to such scams.

DON'T DO IT!!!

I Googled "Keith Grivaldi" *AFTER* I filled out most of the information fields. Promise me $47,500 and I'll click on too much.

One college has called already. I tried not to scream, "Take me off your list WHICH YOU PROBABLY PAID FOR!"

I feel like a dummy.

Hello:

I was in the process of completing the job application and I the subsequent web pages involved education but nothing related to the job so I deleted terminated the window.

Is there a way to report this scam to CareeBuilder, Monster, etc. so that it is removed as a job offer?

I agree. I just did the same thing, and I was wondering why do I qualify for so many positions and I never hear anything else back from ANY of the companies.

I wonder if the companies are aware of the scam....

I am forwarding the information to the GBI and this should soon come to an end.

Freaking people with nothing better to do. . . . . . . .

UGGGGG!

Haven't rec'd a call, but just rec'd an email from Keith Grivaldi saying my resume is impressive and that I should go to link he provided for full description of job opp.  Of course no description came up, just request for me to once again fill out online app.  Luckily before I went further my fiance found scam postings about this guy.  If he's not requesting SSN or credit card #'s, I don't get what's in it for him?  Any ideas?  His email address is careers@careerglaze.com.

I just received a call from 213-325-3270.  I didn't answer the call because I am at work and I did not recognize the phone number.  I then googled the phone number and was led to this web site.  I am so glad that I didn't give out any references of any sorts.  I did fill out the form but I never heard from anyone after that.  My gut feeling was that this email is bogus.  I was always told that if someone wanted to hire you they the company would contact you by phone and not by email and that information they would get from you in person.  Oh well we live and learn.  Of course there was no message left and even a temp agency would leave a message.

Hey, wow! I guess it goes without saying that I too fell for this mess. As far as I know (I know this b/c
I JUST filled out the online ap!) they are not asking for SSN or credit card info. They do, however, ask for address, educational experience, and two contact numbers. I so wish I would have done my research before I put any of my info on that site. Thanks guyz.

I also received a phone call from this number, and then google the name Keith Grivaldi finding this website. I was called for a job consideration and their client still wanted to remain "confidential" they said they would call me back this week and let me know about an interview set up date. I also got an email from a different HR saying that my online resume met the criteria for a job position with woodward. i looked up woodward and did not find the job on their website. i emailed the person back saying that i was skeptical of online job sites and have yet to receive an email back.

Also, Supposedly this company is out of Atalanta, GA. Employment Select is the company's name. I have changed all my credit card accounts and added privacy guard to one as well. I will call my bank and arrange for some changes. I will change my cell phone number and home number. I cannot fathom the idea of being ripped off! I didn't provide more than my phone numbers but better to be safe than sorry. I'm glad I called that number and told her what I was going to do at the Attorney General's office. She got very quiet on the phone. Indeed...

Listen, that scammer tried to scam me too. I will file with the Attorney General's office. It's a crappy thing to do to someone. Especially when folks are trying to look for work. The woman who answered the phone in LA was rude, but I put the screws to her and told her the jig was up. I was fuming! Thank God I found this site before I did anything else!

I did get suspicious phone calls before I actually applied for the position. But I went to apply and I was directed to the job that was emailed to me. I looked t the ap nd it just seemed wierd. But I went ahead with it and then decided to go to the home page to get more info on the company. There was no info and there was a login field but no where to start an account. I tried clicking on some of the other positions to view them but there were no links. Then I decided to google Keith Grivaldi's name also and this site came up. I wish I would have thought to do that first also. I think that a suit should be filed against this person to.

This is definitely a scam..anyone that has posted a resume on CareerBuilder, Monster or HotJobs will eventually get scam emails from this outfit as well as many others. Keep in mind that if you didn't apply or ask for info for a particular job, then it's not legit. And if you were unfortunate enough to respond to one of their emails by clicking on a link (which validates yor email address) then you will continue to receive more spam. Keith Grivaldi sent me an email as well, this time the company he was with was Career Openings 800 and said it was affiliated with PepperDash. I googled and found all kinds of warnings about this guy....I didn't click on any links.

This is unbelievable!!! I fell for the SCAM too. I received an email about Lockheed Martin recruiting and I went to the link and provided the info. Today I received a recorded message from "Michael" it sounded strange so I searched the web and found this link.
Also checked Lockheed Martin website and found this message:
Lockheed Martin utilizes our own internal Recruiting Centers to fill our employment needs. If you are contacted over the phone or e-mail by a company listing a Lockheed Martin job and requesting your personal information, allegedly on Lockheed Martin?s behalf, please do not respond.

Hope it will help other people who did not respond to those emails yet.

I happened upon this site because I was researching job offers that are scams.  I quickly glanced through the postings and saw the name Keith Grivaldi...he is one of many "HR recruiters" for "Silver Star Jobs" and these are all fraudulent job offers.  I have received many of them myself.  Go to this website 419 legal fraud and you will have your fill about these fraudulent job offers.  Go to search and type in silver star.  I think you will be surprised.

http://www.419legal.org/

This is an awesome site and they have helped me weed out many fraudulent/scam job offers.
