My husband was notified by a potential fraudulent company today. They said their company name was smart saving government out of phoenix, arizona. They told him he was a winner of some sort of money coupon. They had his address info and also part of his debit card info and exp. date. This of course is very disturbing. When i googled the phone number they gave I found this site and apparently this has been going on for some time and they use a variety of different names and numbers. But apparently they are Discount Savings Club and are trying to get bank account information for anyone they can to charge a monthly fee of $20.00 to $40.00 for a fraudulent service! I suggest anyone that calls with this much information of your financial accounts, addresses and so forth. Should call and have new cards and account numbers issued!!!

This is Global Rewards. Extremely pushy and no way to get on do-not-call list as they call from several numbers.

Called 7 times with  24 hours. Always exactly the same script, but different caller ids

i hope i did not just get fraud i gave my card number out and was told i will recive a 100 doller walmart gift card it was a lady that took the call i should have asked her for her name before i gave my card number out what do i do now?

These pieces of garbage called me six times yesterday I finally picked up and found out what they do is try and get you to say you want the gas card and then sign you up for a "trial program" if you dont call back to cancel they charge your card $40 I told them that they were scammers and jerks and the main guy over there who?s name is Justin Bryant hung up on me

We have been putting up with these phone calls for the last 3 weeks.  They are calling our place of business.  We have told them we aren't interested, not to call us anymore, to take us off their contact list, that they are harrassing us and that we are going to report them to the FTC, or we just hang up on them.  They either argue with us or hang up on us.  They speak with very broken English and it is a different person every time.  I have to believe they are calling from another country...most likely India.  They are extemely rude and argumentative. They call 4 or 5 times a day during business hours.  I have no idea how many times they call when we aren't there.  They had the last 4 digits of our credit card. I called the credit card company to see who they are selling information to, they said they had nothing to do with it.  Today the caller finally stated he was calling from Global Rewards.  Up until now, they wouldn't even tell us that.  This is very frustrating and very disruptive to our business.  I have read the suggestions above and am going to give those a try!  Thanks for posting the information!!!

Okay this is the 4th time I have posted on various phone numbers that have been calling me.  I finally read all the posts from other people and it seems like all you have to do to get rid of these annoying calls is call the number back and press 1 to be removed from the list.  Try it.  I have done it 5 times now today.

Also you can call the FTC to complain about the calls.  That number is 877-FTC-HELP

CARLA AND MANY OTHERS FROM GLOBAL REWARDS KEEP CALLING TO GIVE ME A FREE GAS CARD.  THEY HAVE THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY CREDIT CARD AND WILL NOT STOP CALLING.  OTHER NUMBERS THEY CALL FROM ARE 603-214-3311 AND 949-256-9102.  HOW DO YOU GET THEM TO STOP??????

I have been harassed for the last 4 days by this company. I have asked them to stop calling me but they will not. They have called me from at least 6 different numbers now. It is very frustrating.

I received a call from this number today, but didn't answer it. I also received suspicious calls from 562-223-8811 and 408-587-2111, both of which are on this site.

I had been receiving numerous calls from 866-875-8720 over the past week. Apparently these numbers are all linked. The calling behavior is very suspicious!

They called 3 times on  Jan 28 2010. First call at 8:00 AM. They called three times ubti I picked up the phone. They had my name and address and when my card expired.
They told me I had won a free $120. gas card plus other gifts.
I called my bank and told them what happen. They told me to report my card as stolen. have to get new card

My experience is the same as most posted already, including the fact that they called me from two different numbers: 866-875-8720 and then 213-363-5103. They woke me up this morning, and combined with the fact that a man, then a woman, were talking with extremely heavy accents with tons of other people talking in the background, it was just noise to me and I had to hang up. I am also very concerned that they rattled off "the last four digits of my credit card", and I, being so sleepy, can't remember which numbers they were!
I do not have a Capital One account. I haven't purchased anything from Ebay in years.

They called numerous times, same as the above two, including once after 11:00pm and again the following morning at 5am. They have the last 4 digits of my credit card. When questioned about how they got the info, I was told they got it from one of their numerous business partners. They wouldn't specify which. They gave me the number 1-800-316-9561 to reach them. Google says this belongs to Discount Savings Club, though they said they were with Global Rewards, and when I called, the CS center was closed (of course). Called the 213 number back and pressed 1 when prompted to be taken off the call list. Hopefully that worked. Heavy accents, very rude, numerous calls from different people. Utterly ridiculous and very, very irritating.

I received since last night 9 calls, 5 of them just today, in less than two hours. These people are also making calls from 714-607-5701, 949-256-9102, 978-570-2067.  Same suspicious pattern, trying to give you gifts cards.  Concerning issue: they mentioned the last 4 digits of my credit card.  For me, this is an attempt for ID theft, because I do not provide this information voluntarily to them.

Has called from this number 5 times. The last 2 times were after 10:00. Have told them to quit calling. Earlier today they were calling from the # 949-256-9102. This number called 4 times today. It is the same people. Also calls from 626-207-9103,978-570-2067,and 603-214-3311. All for a total of 20 calls in the last 2 days. Trying to give me a free 120 gift card and some other something or other. Can't understand them very well, heavily accented. Informed them the last 2 calls after 10:00 that they were breaking the law by calling so late. Make them quit!

the # is from los angelas CA may be associated from ebay if you recently bought on ebay check your ebay purchase history for a user from california around or near simi valley or los angelas CA

Wanted me to confirm my billing info to receive a promo gas card and non specific "information".
