Calling to lower cc rates.  I request to be put on the DNC list and they refuse to do so.  So frustrating!

They keep calling my phone, I thought I was on the No Call  list but it doesn't stop them

These people have been calling me at least 5x per week for the last 4 weeks, different phone numbers each time, and each time I have asked to be removed then promptly reported them on the DNC website.  I got another call today !  What freaking good is the DNC if the Telemarketers don't upload the numbers in to their Do Not Call List.  They are, BY LAW, supposed to download the list from the FTC website EVERY 30 Days and upload it into their system as Do Not Call Numbers.  I've been reporting Every single call... YOU DO THE SAME !!!  Also try and find out who their Telecom company is and report them to them also!

Getting calls from this number and they won't leave a message

I'm going to download the free shareware autodialer from voicent.com and set it up to call these guys back many, many times.  Even if they never answer, it will help to tie up their phone lines.

calling them back does nothing. they are spoofing the caller id so this number isn't even where they are calling from. just fyi.

I have been receiving calls from this number about a car warranty, I don't even have a car.

How do I stop this number from calling me?

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone.  The recording stated "This is a call from your credit card company.  We are calling to lower your interest rate.  Please press 1 to continue or 2 to turn down the offer"  Since they didn't state a specific credit card company, I hung up.  No credit card company contacts you in that manner.

Same number, calls multiple times a day, every day. No message is left. After reading these posts, I know that this is garbage. I'm also supposed to be on the do not call list, and I only have a cell phone! How do they get these numbers????

Calls almost every day, but while I am at work and does not leave a message.

They called to offer lower credit card rate and hung up on me when I tried to tell them to put me on their Do Not Call list (Already on the govt's DNC Registry). They are using up my minutes and I shouldn't have to pay for someone to telemarket to me,  regardless if they are legit or a scam. I reported them to the state's Attorney General Office in both California and New York. The FTC and The BBB may be next.

I just received a 'canned call' from this number, which showed up on my called ID as "TN Removal List", whatever that might mean. This is the first from this number, but I've also started receiving more of this type of call within the last few weeks. So much for the Federal No-Call List and its enforcment.

Recorded message claiming to have a lower interest rate on my credit cards. Press one to talk to a customer service rep, press two to be "removed from their list." Keeps calling me. When I pressed one the first time, I told the woman I'd rather get something in the mail regarding this offer because it seemed suspicious and I didn't think it was real. She hung up on me.

I received two calls from this person now and no message is left.

I have been getting calls from this number for three weeks.  They are trying to sell me a better interest rate from my bank.  First they are not from my bank.  Second if you push number two they say they will take you off they list in 72 hours.  Well they donot take you off your list.  If you hit number 1 a sales rep comes on and no matter how nice you talk to them about getting removed for there call list they hang up on you.  So I called back and get a recording it says hit number two and you will be removed from there list in 72 hours.  Again it does not happen.  So I thought I would try the internet and see what I can do to get removed from there list.

I've received multiple calls from this number and 408-587-2139, often on the weekends and now on weekdays.  I've never answered, and a message is never left.

Called and person on other end was very rude and unprofessional. Supposedly calling regarding lowering credit card interest rates. Don't have a credit call.

Wanted to lower the credit card intrests on account, asked for account #.  Tryed to get as much information as I could to lodge a complaint but they hung up on me as soon as they realized.

This number has called me as well as a few others. I'm not sure if they are from the same place or not but a new number has been calling me the same time everyday and I have yet to answer.

They are A***OLES...DON'T ANSWER!

On my cell phone: Never pick up - not a number I recognize - but keep getting calls on daily basis - live in Illinois. Leaves no message. Very annoying as it usually happens while at work. I know I was on the don't call list a while back but went out of my way to signup again. I hope some government agency does their job and catches these phone terrorists!

This number called me, and the person on the line, "Leah" or "LeeAnn" refused to tell me who her company was or how they got my number.  Then she started making homophobic statements when I asked to speak to her supervisor, saying "do you want to speak to the boy one or the girl one?" and "is that to make a dinner date or to talk about your credit card?"  Completely inappropriate and harrassing.  I would like to file a complaint but don't know how.

This number keeps calling my cell.  The beginning of the message is cut off since it's a recording, but each time it says this is my "last chance" to get a lower interest rate.  Funny.  I don't HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS.  I only use my debit card. Hubby has the credit cards...so this is obviously a scam.
