stop calling don't have car warrents up.  on gov. do not call list

Service claims to be renewing a car warranty.  I do not even have a car, so this is definitely a bogus call/operation.  I too should be on the national DNC registry.  If anyone has details on how to stop/get off their list, I'd appreciate knowing.  Thanks!

We have received over a dozen calls from this company offering to extend our car warrenty. I have selected the option "to be removed from the calling list" several times and still received many more calls from them. At this point I began selecting the option to speak to a representative. Once I had them on the phone I explained my frustration (now growing anger) about already having selected the option to be removed from the calling list and am still receiving calls. I threatened to take action if I received any more calls from them. I have received a few more calls. Now I want to do something about it. Does any one know how to go about this? Without the company's name, can one file any kind of formal complaint?

This number calls my phone constantly. Luckily, I am never there when they call.

After being hung up on several times for requesting to be taken off their list, I finally played along and entertained their offer solely to get further information.

This number is from an automatic dialer company. Businesses use them for telemarketing services. There are several other warranty companies that use their services.

I encourage all of you to write a letter to National Auto Warranty informing them of the deplorable treatment their potential customers are receiving from this dialer service.

Several calls no messages, I called it back and got a recording - if the end up catching me and speaking with me and are rude, they are going to wish the y never woke up -

They call and leave no message.   If they are calling to extend car warranty as indicated by other comments, they will never get us.   We are also on DO NOT CALL list.   Doesn't do much good, does it?

Claim that my car warranty has expired or is about to. Hang up when I try to ask anything or ask them not to call me anymore.

Ugh..... I hate telemarketers. I just checked my phone and they called me. so its some stupid car people? Im gonna do the same thing Floyd did if they call again :-)

I get the same junk calls on my caller ID everyday. I never answer any of the ones I do not know. Can we report these to the BBB?

Got a call from 213-363-5127 I did not answer.. They called right back so I answered, nobody was there..

Today I "pushed 1" to speak with an operator and a man (who said his name was Joseph, though I don't believe that was really his name) answered. He asked me for information about my car and told me my warranty was about to expire. I told him that I believed he had the wrong person and that I had a brand new car so that he wasn't looking for me. I asked him to kindly remove my number from his system. He began freaking out and telling me that he KNEW I had a new car and that if he removed my number from his system that I would loose my warranty on my brand new car. I responded that he was mistaken and please remove my number.
That is when he told me that I "need Zanax." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me "that wasn't going to happen." When I asked what the name of this company was, he told me "I NEED A ZANAX DOT COM." I threatened to report the company to the Attorney General's office and he started spouting obscenities. That is when I hung up.

When you call this number it is a voicemail. I have been trying to do a reverse search on the number, to no avail.
If anyone has any information about this company, I will gladly provide my bizarre story to fuel your complaint.

They IDd themselves as National Warranties and gave me a bogus address in Wichita Kansas with a Palm Beach, FL zip code got defensive when I asked about address, then I told them that I was on the DNC registry and they were violating the law by calling me.  Told them never to call again.

I've been getting these calls for the past year on two of my phone lines.  The second line is a private fax line but does have an answering machine which would always record the computer voice about warranty has expired, press one now.  So I submitted both numbers on the DNC list OVER 31 days ago and received a call again today from 213-363-2127.  I pressed one and politely asked the operator the name of the company and where they were located... she said the name of company is "Warranty Options" but not give me any more info.. in fact got pissed that I pressed one to complain.  So after she hung up on me, I filed a complaint for that number.  If enough people do it, sooner or later they should get pressure from the FTC or possibly law enforcement.  They have also called me from 213-363-5185.  Company appearently based out of Los Angeles - caller ID displays INCORP.

Who gave these people my f@#¡¥~% number!? They have been calling me everyday!

The recording stated that I my vehicle warranty was expiring & I could renew it.  I hit 1 so I could talk to someone to tell them to stop calling me. A human answered and when I started to tell them, they hung up. These same people call all the time and they hang up on me when I try to ask them to stop.  They all need to got to jail on hard labor, chain gang!

These idiots call at all hours of the day, on both my cell and landline.  Today when "Anthony" asked if he could have my vehicle information, I told him NO, in which he got pissed, called me an a***ole and hung up.  What a dick!  He called me, shouldn't he have all the information.  I wasn't bornm yesterday.  Oh bye the way, my numbers are unlisted and registered DNC.  P****off
