Called and hung up without a word.

caller, steve sebastian,  stated he was with the legal dept of the tresury dept and that i am to be arrested for my 2011 tax return. when I attempted to call back,I stated I was with the police dept, and whoever kept answering the phone hung up.  

foreigner says he is with u.s. treasury and they are starting litigation and wants to discuss. informed him he is a scam.
