SUE VERIZON !!!

They call all the time and are obnoxious in never giving up.  !  I just filed a complaint at the FTC website given here.

Received a call from this number last evening at 7:01 CA time. We were out so did not answer. No message.

This company's Corporate license # C2103609 is suspended.  This means they cannot do business of any kind.  Their address is 931 Schumaucker, LA 90048 and the owner is a Robin L. Wells.  It is not clear what they are trying to sell but if you get a call from them, file a complaint (on-line) withe the Federal Trade Commission and the Secretary of State.

The Hemet Police Department has been receiving several calls from concerned citizens today after they were contacted over the phone and cash was requested. The callers usually say they are from 'The Local Food Bank' and ask potential victims to leave cash donations in a plain envelope outside their door.
Hemet's Community Pantry also called Hemet Police to advise they too have been alerted of this scam. Community Pantry confirmed they are NOT calling residents asking for cash donations.
Please DO NOT leave cash 'donations' or provide these scam artists with any of your personal information. As always, if you would like to donate to Community Pantry, or any other legitimate charity, it is recommended YOU contact the charity directly to make arrangements.

ID screen says LOS ANGELES CA and this number. I let it go to answer but no message was left. I haven't had calls from this number before, but based on the posts above I have blocked the number.

For months I have been receiving calls from this scam outfit.  Reporting them, and adding them to the Do Not Call list does not work (the govt. just wants you to think they are doing something to help you).  I have a phone that blocks calls, but it is at its capacity and will not block any new numbers I try to add.  In addition, this s*** hole of a company has changed numbers from their old number to this new one.  I don't even answer my phone anymore.

Uh, yeah .... No one is getting younger. Thanks for the memo. This has no bearing on the fact that these stupid fearmongering sales calls for personal monitored alarms are illegal 9x% of the time ... on top of being downright obnoxious.

The call Nancy reports fails the "Established Business Relationship" criteria since it likely came from a separate telemarketer affiliate which was sold a sales lead and the thing being sold is not directly related to a nursing home. Nancy would be trapped, however, if she unwittingly gave consent for affiliate marketing someplace in that information request.

In your 40's huh? Well, you're NO spring chicken honey. Middle age progresses into seniorhood at the blink of an eye. Before you know it you'll be needing the aid of others, panic buttons, or worse: ending up in a nursing home. It's getting late in the game for us new generation of old timers the 40+ year olds. So enjoy yourself it's much later than you think!

Got a call from them but when I said hello, I didn't receive a response and they hung up. Most likely they are finding which numbers are active so that they can sell these

This is the second marketing call I've received from this company. They are supposedly selling an alert system like Lifeline. But they will not give a web site or call back phone # when you go to the rep for info. The phone # dials back to a company called Young at Heart. There is no one to answer that phone directly. This is some kind of scam directed at seniors.

Called me at 7pm the other night. I started getting these senior scam calls after I submitted a request with the Altria Group to look at an assisted living room for an elderly relative. I'm in my 40s and don't need a panic button for seniors. These people call from a ton of different numbers.

call multiple calls every day.  no messages left, no one on the phone if I answer.    constantly interrupting my day with their nonsense.

I get called at least 3-5 times a day. I can't stay ahead of their number changes. I work at home; I am sick of this!!

Called me last night, about 8 pm, left no message. I called the number this morning and a recording said "Welcome to Young Heart, if you know your parties extension.."
I've gotten calls from this number before. Guessing it is a marketing or survey thing. ?
And yes, I am on the NO CALL LIST.  Maddening

Caller I.D. says "Los Angeles, CA."  My machine recorded a message from these same crooks that have called a couple of times from other numbers in the same area code.  I blocked those numbers and I'll block this one, too.  They prey on the fears of the elderly.  Complete scumbags.  Stay a mile away.
