Received two messages from this number telling me to have my attorney of record call.  I could hardly understand the message because of the thick accent.  I finally spoke to someone who told me that I was being sued for check fraud because of a payday loan I hadn't paid.  I did not have a loan with the fast cash company.  The person told me that I was due in court in California (Saturday) the next day and that they had been trying to email me.  I believe this is some kind of scam.  I

Recieved a call from Frank Jefferson  stating I have 3 charges against me. That i will be arrested and prosecuted for a payday loan.

Guy called saying he was Sam Smith. Harrasing telephones calls guy with a heavy English accent. Called on the Weekend also. Very rude said Good Luck at the end plus he finish the call saying "God bless you" He left the phone to call as 213-405-5347. However the call appeared unknown in my ID caller. I got some of these call before with the same issue but the guy name was different. When I asked him basic questions regarding collections Acitivities etc. he could not answer them. He hung up the phone.

Received four calls on two different numbers, but a man by the name of Sam (some last name I couldn't understand).  Same story, California court, three charges against me.  Thank God for this site.  Even though I don't live in California, I got nervous, but luckily I looked online before I really started freaking out.  It could be the payday loan thing someone mentioned earlier.  Looked into it at one point but never went through.  Perhaps this is how they got the info.  Beware!!!!  And how was his caller i.d. 607 (my new york hometown) when the call-back number is 213?

This is the third day I've been getting these calls. After the first day, I contacted my lawyer, and explained to him what happened, as whoever this east indian Sam Parker was said that I should have my lawyer call him and wished me good luck and all that jazz. For a minute I wondered if it was a debt collector, but even they aren't that threatening. My lawyer said that this was most likely associated wit the payday loan scams. I did research one at one point, but never took it. I guess they got my info from that. So he said next time they call to tell him that I was going to have him look into pursuing them for harrasment and fraudulent claims. I did so, and threw in the FBI thing for good measure. All he had to say was, "Ok, I will not call you again." Now if this was a real pressing issue, or even a real debt, how in the hell can you give up that easy?! SCAM!!

I am getting these calls also at work. When I told them about the FDCPA laws on harassement they had no knowlege of what I am talking about. I wish there could be somethig done about these foreign people that are annoying us. They told me the same exact thing they told you. Please keep me informed......

Jerry Brown called me yesteday numerous times, saying I have until Monday to get to California because I have numerous charges pending against me and they wanted to read me my affidivat. They new my first and last name, last 4 digits of my SS#, it was kind of scary to how they got that information. They gave me this court address to Superior Court in South LA, zipcode 111701, in courtroom one. I was like sure Ill be there let me call my personal jet, I will be there. I told them I am reporting them to the FBI and that this call was being traced and I hung up. I dont know what the deal is behind this or the purpose of them calling but I will get to the bottom of this, and take out a claim for harrasment for something that is not true at all!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing as above, Alex Matthews said that if I didn't return his call or have my attorney of record call, that he wished me luck as the events started to unfold around me.  The same person called my work number also.  That was a month ago.  I tried to call back at the number he left (213)-405-5347 but it only rang six (6) times and then clicked off.  I will not call back.

what a bunch of idiots. recieved call at work from roger. called back, put on hold by some non english speaking hindu. finally i was transfered to a lawyer, another indian, who asked if i had a lawyer and whats his name and number. when i revealed that i in fact do have a lawyer who happens to be my uncle and god father and ADA the only thing this fake could come up with was be at court tommorrow at 11 and hung up. they never said what they want or who they were. what a bunch of losers. anyone who pays these yahoos a cent deserves to lose there money, its obvious they are fraud

This guy Sam Parker is nothing but a big scammer.  It is sad that people try to do this and steal money from true hard working people.  So if anyone gets a call from Fast Cash try to get as much information as possible out of then like an address and call your local Police Department.

i got the same message. about my attorney calling his attorney and so forth. i have no clue and i am not returning the call
