This Call Was From A Dr Josef Mengela !

I also receive calls several times a week from this number and my caller id states "auto warranty".  I waited on hold to speak to a represetative who was trying to sell me an extended auto warranty.  I asked for them to please stop calling me and she hung up on me.  I called the number back and received a recording saying that the number that I called is used by many companies who use their telephone number to show on caller id's.  It also stated that I requested "this company" (never tell you their name) to call me with solicitations.  Totally untrue.  I am also on the do not call list registry. The recording does tell you to press 1 to be removed from the calling list and that it will take about 10 days to do so but you cannot talk to anyone at any time.  If the company was legitimate they would want you to know their company name and not go out of their way to hide it from you.  Has to be scam...

This number goes and goes and on and on. It is so annoying.

Why let these scumbags get to you?  Don't take their calls.  Either let it ring, or push the talk button and then immediately press your off button.  I refuse to allow them to "get under my skin."  Now if one of these idiots dares to call in the early morning and disturb my rest, I call them back and when a live person comes on, I scream in their ear and blast them with a whistle.  It works.

calls 3 or 4 times a week on my cellphone usually no comment. Can this be stopped?

this number just started to call me on Monday, twice aday and wont stop. You can call your cell phone provider and have them block it. If your provider refuses, simply tell them you will be leaving them. Should work. The scarey thing is how did they get our info and what do they want and why??

Got a call from 213-416-2888 2 days in a row. I did not answer it because i had done a search on it yesterday and saw whatit was. Some one should report them

I'M ALSO ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, BUT THEY STILL KEEP CALLING.... SO I CALLED BACK AGAIN AND REQUESTED TO HAVE MY NUMBER REMOVED FROM THERE LIST AND IT SAYS THAT IT WOULD TAKE 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM TO REMOVE IT... IT'S VERY ANNOYINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG....

I am also on the Do Not Call list.  This person, whoever they are has been calling me every hour for 4 days.  I wish they and all others like them would just die.  Seriously, if they've got nothing better to do in their lives than torment others with fake phone calls, then they should give back by feeding the ground with their worthless hides!

I called them back. Gives you the option to be removed from their list after 30 seconds or so of info. We'll see if it works.

keep receiving calls from this # and they do not identify who they are

I am receiving a call from this number on my cell phone about two times a day, I do not answer as I do not recognize the number! They do not leave a message but like clockwork they call anyway. Very annoying and if they really wanted someones attention would they not leave a message as to whom they are, what they want etc. More likely to get a return call if someone knows what is up etc!!

Have received this computer call from Auto Warranty quite a few times.  Have reported it twice now to Do Not Call Registry and am still receiving calls from them.

These people call me at least 3 times a week. When I call them back I get a recording that says they got my number from an online survey I filled out. The thing is when I fill out online I never put down my cell number. I have tried to leave a message to tell them to not call me back but then they end the call. I have also elected to have my number removed from their calling list several times but they keep calling me back. I am on the do not call list and this is getting very annoying since they call my cell I get charged everytime they call me. Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling?

I called the number back and was given the option to OPT out of the calls by pressing 1 to get off there call list!! Good Luck

I got 2 calls from them so far on my cell number.  The first one I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  The second time I picked up and no one answered on the other side.

This number keeps calling me, feels like a harrassment call for fake winning money.

Have received several calls from this # on my iphone.
The auto-generated message says something like "we've got great news...." so I hang up.
Am also on the do-not-call list.
What can we do about this?
Idea:  I have put the # in my contacts as spam# so I don't answer and get hit with the minutes.
