They keep calling and leaving messages that I have been approved for a loan that can be deposited into my account today.  Please STOP calling me.  I don't want your loan.

THEY just called me from a loan processing company saying I just got approved fora loan I haven't applied for a loan I want them to stop calling it just happened about 10minutes ago. the num, they called from was 1-213-416-2887 Please Beware/////

these jerks called me at 4:17 AM and have been calling all month long!I called them back to try and talk to a real person- no such thing, no matter what # you ever push or using fake bank numbers. you need to call the federal trade commision in your state and report it or file a complaint.I called my local phone co. and added call rejection on my phone. then they called again,a real person this time- I asked to talk to the supervisor or manager and told him all the places I've been contacting today and filing complaints and told him it's against the law to call before 8am and after 9pm, called him a few choice words then he hung up. don't think they will ever call me again. get your # on all do not call lists- look in phone book-first few pages! he did answer where he was calling from-new jersey liar!

Yes this might pose as a scam but indeed it is a PayDay Loan Comapny.  I used my powers as a skip tracer to find info out.  Unfortunately if you have been on any website applying for any kind of pay day loan or filled out any of those pop-ups about receiving free stuff you are giving these companies the right to contact you.  Please be aware of the legal terms of the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Any company that you have reached out for any kind of business does indeed have the right to call you.  Of course you can advise to be removed from their call list, does it work?  mostly!

If you are going to help, and not send me into another realm for a loan.  I would like to settle this with one person

They have been calling me everyday for the past 2 weeks. I don't know how to get them to leave me alone. I have actually gotten a person a few times, and asked them to stop, but they wont. About a half hour ago they called, and when I answered, they asked for Freddy (my name isn't even CLOSE to Freddy). I told them they needed to leave me the F*** alone and that I'm under the age of 18. The lady started to laugh and said that she was gonna call me everyday, and that if i said please, maybe she would stop. I was wicked pissed by now and told her to go to h*ll and f***k herself...then I made a few racist comments (which I know I shouldn't do but she got me so mad) and she hung up. I really am under 18 and i don't know how to get them to stop....

They have been calling my house constantly and hang up everytime I answer.  I am on the national do not call list and have been for a while and they still call.  Today I called the # back and there was an automated option to hit 9 and be removed from their calling list.  I did so, we'll see what happens.

We recieved a phone call from an Indian sounding man who identified himself as Robby. He told my fiance that she had been approved for a vehicle loan then attempted to get personal information from her. I tracked the phone number to being owned by Paetec Communications, a small provider in the Los Angeles area. I called Paetec and they gave a number for their complaints & fraud division at 877-999-7705 and we'll be contacting the state police.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number 213-416-2889 by someone calling themself as Peter and the phone is about taking a cash advance. The name on my caller ID comes up with the name of Red Rock Community.  I have told this person that noone at my home phone number has applied for a cash advance with this company and to please stop calling my phone number and harassing me.

they are back, used to call relentlessly before and it stopped but now it's back....if anyone knows how to get these people blocked (or painfully punished:) then please have at it....

I received several calls over the last few days from this number and 213-416-2887.  Tonight I was actually home. Individual was having trouble with english. when I told them I wanted to know why they kept calling me, they hung up. Searched for the Caller ID and found a lot of hits on Red Rock Community college in Colorado. Thought I would file a complaint with them also.

I too, received numerous calls from them, I had been to a payday loan site and then I began receiving debits of 49.95 from my account and 17.00 debits from my account but never did I receive any funds from any loans. So they may be operating a payday loan, but I do beleive that this is a scam, the telephone number is the same that is posted here, and i received a call from a guy stating thatI had been approved for a loan for a vehicle, but I never ever got a call from the person to give me the money.... So beware

In order for them to get your number you have had to applied for a payday loan. whether or not you want to admit it, this is the only way for 213-416-2889 to get your number. If you take offense to this then you have done just what i have said. If dont take offense to this then you never applied for a payday loan or any loan. Times are hard and people are trying to find money anyway they can. It is not a put down to get a payday loan just embarrassing.

These people call everyday and all day on my home phone and my cell phone while I'm at work.  When I called the number back; it gave me a website to go to for the terms to read and also asked for my bank account information.  A real person never answers the phone, just a recording.

I answered the phone and this guy said, "Catherine Tyler?  Your application for an auto loan has been approved."  I said, "It can't be me because I just got a car in January-" and he hung up before I could finish!  How rude!!

I did some research on this company please visit the BBB & file a complaint. The main company is actually called Consumer Service, INC all DBAs (doing business as) names are listed on the BBB site. They have an unsatisfactory listing by the BBB. Please do not give them your information es[ecially your bank information.
NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT #,ROUTING #, & ESPECIALLY NEVER GIVE OUT YOU SOCIAL SECURITY #.

They are continuing to call my cell phone.  I do not pick up but this thing is charging my minutes.  I did not apply for their loan and they won't stop calling.
PS. I am on the "Do Not Call" list.

Received a call from this number, 213-416-2889 about  a loan that my husband never applied for.  At 8:45 Sunday night.

They have been calling my house for a week now. I too never applied for a loan. Do they really think I be convinced that I applied for a loan?? How crazy is this scam they are trying to pull???
