I got the same. It seems that they begun targeting text options. Since most of cell phone owners understand that it may be a telemarketing call by seeing an area code that is not from Canada, most of them do not answer it. 'Texting' is more of a non-trivial approach and, at this time, may be interpreted as legitimate. Though, it will always be a weak link: by displaying an area code other than the phone user's. Usually, the phone company provider may send such an offer, but why from a different country?! That's the question that should be asked...
