"Dear homeowner, refinance rates are at 4.75%.  Would you like to have a lower payment? May we please give you a call regarding this?"

Just got a text message from this number.  When I called back (to give them a piece of my mind) I got a pre-recorded message saying "this caller's voice mail has not been set up yet"...

I got a spam text from this phone number.  Makes me fume & I have to pay for this.  I called that number and tried to leave a message, but their message system wasn't set up to receive messages, naturally.

Wow... I just got this exact same text 10 minutes ago! I didn't realize there were others that got the same text within a day of me, let alone a few hours ago! Yeah this makes me mad too!

"Do you have credit card debt of $10,000 or more? Our program can lower your high payments immediately." Blah blah blah. Spam text message. And it costs me to receive them. B*****ds.

amoeire: I'm in the same boat. Pay-as-you-go, 30 cents to receive a text, all from an emergency phone. I've never given the number out, but I think TracFone did. It kinda' ticks me off.

Getting spam text messages on my cell phones, telling me mortgage rates are riduclously low...

Can someone with some energy get these people shut down...... i've got a pay as you go mobile and it cost 20cents to receive the text and another dollar for the days use of the phone.  Really! I have a phone charge system like this because I don't intend to use it for anything other than pure necessities or the potential emergency.  

These people should be seriously persued.

Fortunately for me I have no debts whatsoever so I'm not on any list and as it happens, I have an excellent credit score.  How did they get my number, I've only recently purchased the phone in the last 2 months and I never really use it....

Just sent me a spam test message!!!!

"Is your mortgage too expensive?  Our program can lower your high payments immediately.  May we give you a call regarding this?"

WTH?  I so badly want to respond with a few choice words but know that will probably only add my number to 500 other spam lists . . .   So frustrating.

Asking me if I have so much money in debt.
