A lady called from 213-457-0363 and claimed to be taking a survey for the South Dakota Dept. of Health. I declined and she offered to give me the S.D. Dept of Health phone number so I could call it again I declined.

Call my wife while I was at work and ask for me. She said I was at work and could I take a message, then they hung up on her. She told me and I didn't know the number, so I called it and I get a busy signal. Does anyone know what this is. I didn look up the number and the company is mcimetro,ats from Los Angeles, Ca.

Calls from this number happen several times a week, sometimes several times a day.  They usually don't talk, phone just hangs up.

Just got a call from this number. It was from some gentleman that could barley speak English, and said he was from Hollywood and was conducting a survey on movies and wanted my opinion. I told him I didn't have time for that and hung up...hope that's the end of him, but I doubt it. Came up Unknown Name -- 213-457-0363. And I am on the Do Not Call list.

I just got a call from them and they said they were a television survey team, it was a guy from what sounded like India, I called him every name in the book and told him that I am not to be contacted because I am on the Do Not Call List and he said that he is allowed to call anybody he wants.  I used some more very coice words with this idiot and reported him.

Just got a call from this number, it came up as TSI.  I let it go, and it rang twice and they hung up.  I didn't even pick up the receiver, came here and look and wouldn't ya know... already many complaints.  I love this board!

received two calls on mar 31, did'nt answer...looked it up and found out it's a land line in los angeles, ca.

Called on Easter afternoon. Did not answer. But did the redial and got this number

A man called up and asked for my husband.  Not home, can I take a message.  Hang-up.  These people have called more than once.  I would like to block them.

I got a call from these people, too. Just another scam artist. In response to how to stop this even if you have Do Not Call listed: Have a government that means what it says! Wake up, they don't care about you, only what you can do for them!

It's A big FAT scam thats what this is. You give them enough YES answers to go with what they've already bought or correct them when there wrong and they can use this info. to build a folder on you in someones small time, large charging medical clinic. God forbid it be a surgens office cause you could be in debt for life and not know it till it's just too late. It takes alot of Pennies to make A Dollar: but you'ld be surprise how little evidence is needed to backrupt you for life. you have better odds at a major casino, than answering a strangers questions about your person matters even if you do owe a damb bill if there calling for info it's to late ALREADY ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT. SO LET IT FALL OFF OUR PAY IT TO THE COMPANY THAT NOW OWNS IT NOT TO SOME STRANGER ON THE OTHER END OF A CALL TO YOU. In the last couple of days I have received at least 3 calls from 213-457-0363. the man I talked to said his name was Mr. Williams and he was trying to collect on a credit card debt--Not mine.Even if this call was legit the amount of background noise was intense and the guy was not professional.He fished for personal info and when I took the offensive he quickly ended conversation.

I'm on the National Do Not Call list and I got a call from this number.  What does it take to get these hoodlums to stop calling???

just got a call from 213-457-0363. didnt recognize the number and didnt answer. caller didnt leave a message either. after googling the number and seeing these postings, i am guessing this is a telemarketer or a scam artist. i am also on the national do not call list.

Woman from the Dept. of Health had a survey, I answered a few questions regarding my health, and she gave me a toll-free number to call, where there was nothing but dead silence. I did not give out too much personal info.  I feel this is a scam of some sort.

RECORDING: PRESS 1 FOR A LIVE OPERATOR.
SAID THEY WERE FROM CARD COMPANY? WHEN HE ANSWERED I ASKED WHO I WAS SPEAKING TO AND THEY HUNG UP ??

Called on 6/2/2008 about supper time could not speak English to be understood. I hung up on him.

Got a Call from this number 213-457-0363, when I answered they held the like for about ten seconds and then hung up. This isn't the first time they have done this, looking back over our caller history.  This is really a pain where the sun doesn't normally shine.

Person calling asked if the owner was in.  When I responded no but that I could take a message or give them a phone number where owner could be reached, party simply hung up without another word.  How rude!

This call (213-457-0363) is coming from Los Angeles.

213-457-0363, say's TSI on my caller ID.  They call here several times a week and never leave a message. I am also on the do not call list.  This really bothers me that the government is not enforcing the list.
